Glad you like them, I have only been taking them for a few days, so no review as of yet. My hair also fell out, years ago, after a color and a perm and now I am natural, because it ALL fell out!!! When I was younger, my Mom used to take Biotin and she really liked it.

I’m just taking the hair skin and nails now but I have taken ultra woman from vitamin world excellent but I hate to SWALLOW it 😩. I do best taking vitamins before I go to bed so I’m not nauseous 😩. Have you tried the natures bounty?
