Good review ! The flavor motivates you to stay consistent. No after taste No break outs.. easy to get at local store but wanted to add a little result factor as I've been taking them for 8mos. Yes working for me. My hair already thick but I'm really looking for length But my hair is ridiculously thick after these vitamins. I mean I was like wow. And I never say that unless it's from the growth. I'm getting more thickness than length. So if you're looking for thicker hair I would definitely try these vitamins.
I still have yet to see results...will continue taking them....I was told to drink a lot of water when taking these...I think I am going to just take the gummies by themselves without drinking water to see if that helps

Always take a supplement to balance out Biotin products. one a day vitamins, have biotin, but, other things to balance it out.
