Great house overall, the brown furniture brings unwanted darkness in the design apart from that - pretty neat!! Well done guys...

I think the brown highlights elegance throughout the building. It was dark but that could be fixed with using brighter colours as well as slightly bigger windows for more natural lighting
Exactly my thoughts, I think it's a nice house both outside and inside, but the choice of brown undertones makes it look at bit boring and lacks colour
Tbf the price of this property and size is actually not bad compared to other houses and their prices in London!

That's because this is not london at all it is in Kent. (I live here) It is very close to london though but it is not london it is a suburb a half an hour train journey away.

That's a beautiful house! Apart from the wooden wardrobe doors in the bedrooms, (I would have white, not a fan of dark wood, but that's just me!) I wouldn't change a thing! ❤️ It!
.....It's not in Sevenoaks ! Greenhill road is in Otford about 3.5 miles from the town of Sevenoaks. The nearest railway station is Otford which serves Victoria (and is a rather slower service than the one from Sevenoaks to London).
I was here in the first 5 minutes of release. What a house!!! I love it. I love it. The only thing I would change is all the brown fittings. So the kitchen, walk wardrobe etc. But it’s a beautiful home. Worth every penny.

Original Georgian properties afford a light spacious airy feel due to the high ceilings and large tall windows but this is the opposite, low ceilings with small square windows predominately to the front and rear it suffers from the consequent lack of light. It’s well finished internally but personally I couldn’t live in a house that’s quite so gloomy inside even on a sunny day. Aside from its symmetry and central staircase as an attempt at recreating Georgian architecture in the country it doesn’t really work. Decent size plot tho.
No doubt it's a great house but I always wonder why floor-plans in Britain are so weird. The utility room could have been where the playroom/kids office was (with a more rational size), and the dinning room all the way across the hall and with no connection from the kitchen is kinda weird and inconvenient. Also all the living spaces in the ground floor are closed and isolated from each others with doors, they seem very claustrophobic (particularly in smaller homes, this one was so big...). Maybe big arches are better to create a separation while also providing a better flow in these parts of the home which are usually with guests moving from one to another and so many doorways create jams.
I love itttttt my second favourite from your blog so far after the Nottingham property.
But i think the main house the gym and cinema should have gone in a basement area or down floor. But overall i will give it 9.9❤️❤️

Lovely home ... as you mentioned in the video Matt is about 6.3 tall and swing the style is obviously Georgian you would think the ceiling height in the rooms would be higher which I think it should be ... other than that ever so nice ... !
