Love love love the out door views!! The house itself is lovely! Although some of the bedroom decor remind me of old people care home. I would completely revamp and modernise the decor but overall beautiful home and location. 🤍🤍

Compare this Industrial Mess with some of the Architecture in Arizona and New Mexico where the houses blend into the natural surroundings . This looks like a 1970 s Gas Station dropped onto a hillside.
House + land is great but the interior lets it down I feel, both in the staging and fittings.

I like this a lot! I'm from the south coast, and would love to be back near the sea (any sea!) I love the fact that this house has got a lift. If you're investing in a property and want it to be your forever home, you've got to imagine going up and down those stairs as you get older. This is something I think is very lacking in The Knoll!

Best view with worst interior home so far... If we could replace this home with NOTTINGAM’s house this was the best home in the world..
The problem with that other one you would be scared to do anything wild. I wouldn't want my pets running around. Whereas this house is meant to be used well. There are FAR FAR better looking interiors in homes even cheaper than this, but they aren't really meant for families. I look after my grandmother and would live in a home like this, especially with pets. I'd add a nice gym and a jacuzzi..there's enough space for that.
Even with the best interior it would be no where near the best house in the world but wirh some updating it would be nice.

I couldn't agree more, the inside is horrible. All this grey. If they replaced that with some form of wood it would look so much friendlier!
Take out the furniture and put in more modern stuff it would look totally different

I love this house, i would deffo purchase this over any other you've shown, if i had the money like x The interior could do with a bit of an upgrade here an there but id guess i could afford that if i had 3mil to spend on a house but for the view, the pool and outdoor indoor living i love it. The space is very practical and useable x Id love to wake every morning and see the sea x

You really need to look at other places
Amazing house and the location is beautiful.. The only thing which would worry me a little is security, it looks like a burglars dream...lol! If I won the Lottery I would buy a Huf house. I would go for wooden floors and wooden staircase and beams just to warm the interior up....grey is very cold!
Guess the HUF house design will be a bit love it or hate it, but I think it’s fantastic, so simple and clean but with interesting details in all the spaces. And that location was just awesome. Thanks for filming it for us. Great stuff...

The house and views were lovely. There was too much land around the place for me and it looked very plain. I imagine it would be hard to landscape when it is right on the sea, but some colour and shrubs in the back area would have been nice. Great work guys.😊

You’re sort of right Matt & Summer about ocean views, as every “Sea” body of water is linked to the “ocean” as there is only one ocean on earth technically. Loving the HUF house tours, they’re fantastically designed houses. Love them 👌 another great tour Matt & Summer 🙏 yes this is the best HUF in the UK. Wonderful. First owners did a great job getting a HUF built on that site

It’s the cider wood saunas are usually built with that wood. You would get the same scent in a cider closet.

Caldey island is a monastic island, just off the beautiful seaside resort of Tenby. Monks live there in a monastery...they farm and make products to sell in the shop....includes perfume and a chocolate factory! Boats run every season ....usually every 20 mins (to and fro) from the quayside or beach starts about 10am and last boat back to Tenby is about 5pm. Great little cafe there or get your picnic from town first and spend the day exploring the island. .....I went up this road to see where this house is located and it's easy to walk into Tenby and access the beach further down....we walked by all the yachts when the tide was out. Lovely house and location is stunning.....they showed the North beach here but around those coloured houses and the quayside is the South beach ....which is huge!

Whoever gave planning permission for this house must have been given a backhander.This area should be for everyone to enjoy the views and and the woodland, not just for someone s holiday retreat.Or failing that, a hotel , so more people could enjoy it.

Outstanding outdoor space and views! 😍 Not so keen on the indoor layout and interior design. The top bookcase had a rail and a long handled hook. I would imagine you could pull down the upper cases 🤔

Sea/Ocean, they are all connected and the same body of water. I guess some people just like to call specific spots of the ocean a different name depending on the relative position and mass of nearby land. Sort of like how when I'm in the bath, I like to call the water directly in front of my chest "Charles", and the water on the other side of my toes "Frederick". I'm joking of course and it does seem rather silly.
