Compare this Industrial Mess with some of the Architecture in Arizona and New Mexico where the houses blend into the natural surroundings . This looks like a 1970 s Gas Station dropped onto a hillside.
The problem with that other one you would be scared to do anything wild. I wouldn't want my pets running around. Whereas this house is meant to be used well. There are FAR FAR better looking interiors in homes even cheaper than this, but they aren't really meant for families. I look after my grandmother and would live in a home like this, especially with pets. I'd add a nice gym and a jacuzzi..there's enough space for that.
Don't apologise to the haters. You do amazing & honest job. No matter how you call it...sea or ocean...sea end up to be a ocean anyway. Don't take seriously...lots of haters in social media. You doing great! 👏👏👏

I like this a lot! I'm from the south coast, and would love to be back near the sea (any sea!) I love the fact that this house has got a lift. If you're investing in a property and want it to be your forever home, you've got to imagine going up and down those stairs as you get older. This is something I think is very lacking in The Knoll!
I love Tenby it’s one of the most beautiful places in the uk I’ve been during the summer and the sea was literally turquoise you could have been anywhere in the world

Sort of like how when I'm in the bath, I like to call the water directly in front of my chest "Charles", and the water on the other side of my toes "Frederick". I'm joking of course and it does seem rather silly.

Amazing house and the location is beautiful.. The only thing which would worry me a little is security, it looks like a burglars dream...lol! If I won the Lottery I would buy a Huf house. I would go for wooden floors and wooden staircase and beams just to warm the interior up....grey is very cold!
I love this house, i would deffo purchase this over any other you've shown, if i had the money like x The interior could do with a bit of an upgrade here an there but id guess i could afford that if i had 3mil to spend on a house but for the view, the pool and outdoor indoor living i love it. The space is very practical and useable x Id love to wake every morning and see the sea x
Caldey island is a monastic island, just off the beautiful seaside resort of Tenby. Monks live there in a monastery...they farm and make products to sell in the shop....includes perfume and a chocolate factory! Boats run every season ....usually every 20 mins (to and fro) from the quayside or beach starts about 10am and last boat back to Tenby is about 5pm. Great little cafe there or get your picnic from town first and spend the day exploring the island. .....I went up this road to see where this house is located and it's easy to walk into Tenby and access the beach further down....we walked by all the yachts when the tide was out. Lovely house and location is stunning.....they showed the North beach here but around those coloured houses and the quayside is the South beach ....which is huge!

Pronunciation! In the Grand Designs programme they called the manufacturers HUFF, NOT HOOF. I am quite sensitive to that, as my sir name if Uff and it’s not pronounced OOF.
Guess the HUF house design will be a bit love it or hate it, but I think it’s fantastic, so simple and clean but with interesting details in all the spaces. And that location was just awesome. Thanks for filming it for us. Great stuff...

Beautiful property, but due to location you can probably enjoy outdoor spaces about 3 months a year. Nonetheless, it's absolutely jaw dropping and worth every penny.
Loved this tour like the last HUF house you visited! Regarding "offending people in the comments"... don't worry about it. I wouldn't take criticism you get in the comments as people taking offense. To do that is to take the criticism too strongly, I feel. There are a lot of moaners here who only comment to complain about what they don't like but never what they do like. And that's their problem. Obviously it's up to you both but I wouldn't bother addressing it unless what you said was actually offensive, which of course it never would be because you tour properties, not discuss politics etc. Keep doing you!
