This house is amazing, but I would definitely be changing the furniture and walls. The house looks like a normal size on the outside, but it feels and looks bigger on the inside. From the outside it only looks like a 3 bedroom, but then they managed to fit 5, with also a lot of storage and big rooms. Crazy house. I like it.

A well thought out design but with two major deal breaking flaws. I stands on a tiny plot with little option for planting or a conservatory. It is severely overlooked and only just detatched from next door - it even has a big side window to let you see the fence! I found the entrance hall far from impressive and although I prefer a kitchen diner to separate rooms I would want a large but cozy lounge. Grear house for a 20-40 year old but it is the 40-60's that have the real money.
Thank you for the tour. However, configuration is a bit of a letdown. Noticed the ensuite to the Master bedroom does not have a bath and there are no windows to make use of the beautiful view.

That’s the price you need to pay for leaving in Oxford with beautiful surroundings and in a new build. Trust me , we saw smaller houses than this villa with a ridiculous price. 😅 Anyway, thanks for your feedback. 😉

Not on this place. They have made it a safe place and there is no risk of flooding. However, new builds have a flooding risk assessment.
