lufc films, Thanks for this excerpt covering the post-Paris season & Leeds it seems losing very little of their class. Great to see these gems of 70s action!
.............@ 2.08, Leeds celebrate the winning goal but if you look closely at the scene of their fans, can you spot a black guy with a mini afro? very unusual if not extremely rare to see ethnic folk on the terraces in the 70's. Question is :- does anyone know his name and where he came from, was he well known? The reason I ask is that as a Villa fan stood on B'ham New St., Station in 1975, I well remember a black guy wearing a Leeds scarf getting on a train to Bristol to play City. HE WAS ON HIS OWN - I immediately thought he could be taking his life in his hands on arrival, City being a vicious little crew in those days. Unless, of course there were loads of Leeds on the same train but it did not seem so. Anyone help?
yes Paul, I watch these old films, sometimes to see if I can spot any blacks on the terraces back in the 60's. I well remember some great colour footage of Millwall v Carlisle 1971, and amazingly you can see 1 black guy in the home end. I may have posted a comment.

Biggest mistake they ever did to let McKenzie go. He was a true talent
Peter Lorimer was brilliant. A £100 million footballer if he was at his peak today...
Don't know who does these but I would love to have a lend of his record collection
