Exhaust is the biggest disappointment in this car. Sad to learn Ferrari had to install an extra module to exaggerate the sound. Forgot what its called but LAME. For 350K+, id rather look at the Huracan EVO. If prices were similar and the F8 exhaust note was closer to at least the Scuderia if not Huracan, F8 all the way...
F8s sound way better in person. I was surprised after hearing how soft they sounded on TH-cam

don’t do it. it’s like meeting your heroes. there are way better options out there that are actually engineered. i do enjoy this guy’s filming style though

@@bignico05 brooke race, kline, capristo, etc. plenty of options at higher quality, performance, reliability, and most importantly service. novitec is overpriced. at least the money they make from people overpaying for the rinse and repeat parts, private label rebranding, and such are funding great videos like this. 🤡

@@riptiide9285 I don't understand what you mean? If you want a quicker responding engine, you need to lighten all the spinning bits ie carbon fibre drive shafts, axles, wheels, rotors, flywheel, engine pulleys etc.
You can tune the exhaust to whatever you want via an acoustics engineer. They obviously didn't. Just sounds similar to a muffler delete
@@LawrenceAbramoff what does engine response have to do with this? You said "it no longer has that high pitched scream" so I said it doesn't rev as high as NA engines and no exhaust can change that
We live in a time where you need 3rd party exhaust systems in order to make a ferrari sound like a ferrari. Truly the darkest times for car enthusiasts.
LMAO drama queen. Never in the history of cars has so much power and performance been on offer. You can pick up a lightly used 690whp Mclaren 720S for £140k. So it needs a replacement exhaust to sound epic.. boohoo.

Great exhaust for a V8, but the exhaust for the 812 Superfast by Novitec is by far the best I’ve seen on any car. It’s just mental 😀👍🏻

It does have a slightly different tone and sound, but I can totally see where you’re coming from.
Still sounds fantastic! The turbos definitely muffle it a little, but you also get to hear the turbo sounds so that isn’t a bad thing!
@@radityaindera3442 correct, nothing like the 458 but for example the Pista and the F8 doesn't sound that good following the heritage of Ferrari and of course it's because of the turbos but why McLaren can sound way better in this case? Now, having this new V6 turbo Hybrid I would expected much more less cool sound than F8 and Pista but is not the case in my opinion so very good for Ferrari 👏🏻

Good! I like it. Perhaps you could include in your series stories about your older Novitec projects, like Ferrari 599, F430 and California. Those cars are on the market. They could be picked up for some relatively lower amount of money and it also could give some perspective on your heritage.

This is so loud that I couldn't hear myself think at my desk when it would be cold started in the shop. You could lean on any wall and feel it when it was running. A bit too much for my taste but still a cool option. Definitely an improvement over stock, and when the warmup cycle is complete, its rad to be able to hear the turbos whirring away at idle.

That’s my ride or if I could own just one it’d be the F8 except in the SPIDER in a custom Orange similar to the darker 720 or 765....I love that color and those cars as well. The content you guys make is kick ass and watching you drive these cars is a watch all in it’s own, F’n hilarious bro...!!!
