OMW - I have found my go to recipe. Thank you so much. I made cupcakes last week using a very renown baker's recipe. The cupcakes were dense, and everyone was disappointed. Then I tried this one and after reading all the comments, I decided to give it a try and my God it was delicious. Soft & Fluffy. The only difference was that I put it on 160 degrees because I wanted flatter tops without a dome. I left it for 25 minutes and checked just in case it needed more time, but 25 minutes so sufficient. Thank you very much for sharing.
when videos claim to have the perfect recipe, i'm usually really dubious, but THIS. THIS REALLY IS PERFECT. the instant the batter came together, i could tell that these cupcakes would come out soft and fluffy and absolute perfection, which is saying something, since it doesn't even use meringue like most recipes and isn't overly sweet or rich! i absolutely ADORE this recipe, 11/10 if you're looking for a good cupcake recipe, this is it. you need nothing more. Here’s a tip!: If you don’t have white sugar of any kind brown sugar is a very very good substitute for it! How mine turned out with brown sugar: crisp on the outside soft inside! Also easier to mix for me! Also if your brown sugar is somewhat hard: Put little water on it and then it’s mixable!

This recipe is AMAZING!!!1!1! I dont bake that much but after being overseas I was in the mood to bake and ended up baking these vanilla cupcakes!! THEY WERE SO DELICIOUS I CAN NOT GET OVER IT! So moist, really soft, and overall really delicious. 1000/10. I’ll make this again for sure!

I made this recipe yesterday, and omgosh it's so delicious 😋 10 out of 10!!!! They are soft, moist and flavorful 🙌 they only needed 20 mins to bake. The only change I made was the sugar. I only have brown sugar. It's now my go to recipe for cupcakes 🧁

Here’s a tip!: If you don’t have white sugar of any kind brown sugar is a very very good substitute for it!
How mine turned out with brown sugar: crisp on the outside soft inside!
Also easier to mix for me!
Also if your brown sugar is somewhat hard: Put little water on it and then it’s mixable!
