      Everyone - if you have a son, a brother, a cousin or a close friend you care strongly about - have a right to know if they are really the father of a child. It is sad it has come to this - but the morality of women in today's society, warrants Making DNA testing mandatory.

      Good point. Unfortunately, the woman probably knew she was pregnant when she indicated that he should get back together with her.
      It's a marital trap using the baby as bait. Then the No-Fault divorce law gets her alimony, child support and his property in the family court.

    Mandatory paternity tests should be required at birth for every child.
    The birth certificate should have a space for the hospital or midwife to enter the biological father's name (from the paternity test). No man should be allowed to sign the birth certificate before the hospital enters the biological father's name.
    The birth certificate is a legal document with huge ramifications. Plain-language explanations of the implications for men who sign it must be provided on the birth certificate. For example, a sentence might explain that if the man is not the biological father, signing the birth certificate makes him financially obligated even after a divorce. It should also say the man can consult with a lawyer before signing.
    If a man is not the biological father and refuses to sign the birth certificate, then the mother should not be entitled to his money (child support).
    Both the government and women are guilty of paternity fraud. They both extract resources from men in deceitful ways. There is a reason it is called fraud. Women who commit paternity fraud should lose child custody and serve time in prison.

  • @daves2520
    @daves2520 5 ปีที่แล้ว +14

    No court should have the power to force a man to pay child support when it has been proven conclusively that he is not the father. Not only is this common sense; it is also justice.

    • @PaternityCoach
      @PaternityCoach  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Well said Dave. Unfortunately, it's true that it's a matter of judicial discretion in family court, when there is no statute requiring that the judgement against a paternity fraud victim be vacated.
      This is why I took the issue to the Supreme Court of the United States seeking a bright line decision while simultaneously lobbying for statutory law that eliminated or minimized judicial discretion. We have to change the laws. I won my case after SCOTUS told me NO, by changing the law.

    This is common because child support is a debt collection agency and it has nothing in common with the mother and child. All men are enrolled in the child support but only a few have active cases. Therefore paternity fraud develops.

    • @PaternityCoach
      @PaternityCoach  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have similar views that OCSE is a debt collection agency with tax payer funded legal resources including the State Attorney General office.
      The primary focus of OCSE appears to be obtain the maximum number of men/non-custodial parents signed up to Child Support payments, establish maximum number of paternities and there is no mandated quality check for accurate paternity.

    • @ChildSupportMadeSimple
      @ChildSupportMadeSimple 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Child support which is the Title IV-D is a debt collection agency and it has nothing in common with the mother and child. This program was developed by lawyer for lawyers. This is a $28Billion per year business.
      Blessing v. Freestone, 520 U.S. 329 (1997) Supreme Court As best we can tell, the requirement that a State operate its child support program in "substantial compliance" with Title IV -D was not intended to benefit individual children and custodial parents, and therefore it does not constitute a federal right. th-cam.com/video/AiN7VjM_ISI/w-d-xo.html

    Mr. Smith, another frightening story to share in your lectures.
    Man and wife have an 11 yr old daughter. They are getting a divorce. Very amicable. Wife confesses the child he's been raising for 11 years - aint his. They go to court and tell the judge this, woman says she can contact the biological father. Nope, Judge was having none of it.
    Judge ruled that since the man was the only father she's known, he was ordered to pay child support for 7 years until she turned 18. Biological father gets off scott free, and wife got alimony AND child support.
    So all the more reason - DNA tests and DO NOT let them move in with you, cause the same thing can (and has) happened - married or not.
    Thanks for spreading awareness!

    • @PaternityCoach
      @PaternityCoach  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for sharing your post. This is a typical result when the Family Court applies the Marital Presumption of Paternity and the Best Interest of the Child, except in states with a Paternity Fraud law that controls the process for disestablishment of paternity.
      What state was the divorce finalized in? Thanks

    • @tellurye
      @tellurye 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@PaternityCoach Thanks, Mr. Smith. Im not sure what state that divorce was in. I know in my state, to establish residence, one only needs a piece of mail (doesnt even have to be a utility bill - can be simply a newspaper or magazine subscription) and she is now your roomate :)
      If she gets pregnant with another man's child - it is an act of congress to get her out. You pay for her and the child until you get the DNA test. And in my state, if your name isnt on the birth certificate, you cant get DNA without the mother's permission. So a TON of women are not letting them sign, and then refusing the DNA.
      One case I read, judge ordered DNA. Well since guy wasnt on the birth certificate, he needed mother's permission. She refused. Times up - got DNA? Guy says no. Judge throws him in jail for not paying $30k in back child support for a kid that wasnt his.
      They even got the woman on recording bragging to her friend that she knew he wasnt the father and knows exactly who is. But since he had a job, she wanted that money. Kinda silly cause guy is in jail so she isnt getting any money now.
      I dont know - just glad we have folks like you to help us! Also - everyone should watch the Red Pill documentary. Its an eye opener, and the paternity fraud stuff was unreal.

    Carnell, hate to tell you this brother, but DNA dont mean squat. In almost every state, if a woman establishes residency, the man she is living with is on the hook for child support, NOT the biological father. There have been several cases where the woman gave birth to another man's baby, even admitted it and DNA to prove it, and the courts have ruled "Well, since your home is the only home that mother and baby know, YOU take care of them"
    You need DNA, a court order, and takes FOREVER to evict them. This is also why the mother will leave the father's name blank on the birth certificate.
    So absolutely fellas - Listen to Carnell - get a DNA test, make sure she does NOT put you on the birth certificate (tell the hospital as well), and DO NOT EVER live with a woman, No way. Keep your homes separate.
    Keep spreading the truth, Carnell! Appreciate what you do for us!!
