    There should be a law that states any woman accusing a man of being the "baby daddy" needs to have a court ordered paternity test prior. End of story, that will solve any and all issues pertaining to child support cases and fraud.

      Look at the case is Detroit where the mother wanted to get welfare and put a dude down as the father while he was in prison so she can collect welfare. Meanwhile welfare took him to court even after they proved he wasn't the father and the frickin bitch judge STILL said he has to pay $30,000 or face incarceration. It's sickening!

    Not once was the women rebuked or even questioned, even though she was the one that clearly cheated and committed fraud. The system is clearly rigged against men. The judge had the nerve to tell the man that defending himself was 'wrong' and rebuked him for 'bastardizing' the child, even though it was the women who clearly did that. The system needs to be reeled in because they have gone too far.

    There needs to be a law on the books that require all children born to be DNA tested to determine true parentage. It would serve two fold. It would not only prevent a man from being a victim of paternity fraud, it would also keep a man from denying parentage as well.

The silver lining is child support enforcement is illegal...or at least the way they go about doing it. And "child support" is not for the benefit of the child or "custodial parent" anyway.

    1) DNA testing should be done on all births.
    2) The person paying child-support should file a Civil Lawsuit on the State of Tennessee a (T.O.R.T.). This guy should be able to to get his money back with interest at least.

    common mistakes.
    1 signing a birth certificate, thats a legal document, a damning one .. ( when you sign , its too late , you cannot fix that)
    2. living in another state.. Stay in the state till a court ruling is made, moving doubles your payments.
    3. If you have a good job when the lady says " im pregnant" it might be a good time to lose your job via slip and fall.. You already know she will quit hers, and the courts look at both incomes to decide what you owe,.

    • @airgunningyup
      @airgunningyup 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      NOW for the younger guys reading this .. 2 instincts you have
      " ill make it work with her " WRONG
      " ill be the good guy to avoid being called a deadbeat " WRONG
      its not gonna work out in most cases.. Otherwise, there would be no child support judges, lawyers, mediators, or laws.
      You wont make it work because if things are a bit rough now, wait till after theres a kid..
      As far as being called a " deadbeat" youre going to be called that NO MATTER HOW MUCH you pay or how involved you get.. You will really be a deadbeat when youre 30 or so and all your friends are buying houses, driving new cars,and getting married and you cannot afford to do any of that.. And you dont have the credit , even if you did have the money .
      All your opportunities are gone, so even when your motivated and decide" ill go back to school to do xyz ", you cant afford to do both school and the child support. So lets say tou do have the money , you go back to school, get that nursing degree, and a good paying job.. GUESS what, the courts find out , now your child support just Doubled.
      You may ask " if i dont support the kid , who will"?? The government grants MOMS way more than you can ever pay, and thats why states are encouraged to go after you first.

    It's Catch-22 if you sign papers claiming fatherhood since if you sign, you are responsible and if you don't sign then you're held responsible and either way, you pay.
    This ain't right. By attaching the non-father you take away from his ability to have a family by forcing him to pay for someone else's.

    I just read another article where this happened to a man in Florida. I'm starting to see it's getting to be the norm, which is highly unfair. It's bad enough to learn that you were betrayed by your significant other but then to have the state turn around and throw salt in your wounds by insisting you pay child support on top of everything is terrible. I personally think DNA tests should become a requirement before any man signs a birth certificate. It should become standard whether you are married to the female or not. I mean if you are going to sign a legal document claiming something to be true shouldn't you be 100% sure?

    This is just one more of the dangerous symptoms of a dying society. Unwed pregnancy USED TO BE the exception in this country.
    When I was a girl, young females who Broke The Rules and got pregnant were quickly and quietly married to the other half of the problem when practicable, or sent off to live with "relatives" far out of town.
    This extra-marital MIS-behavior wasn't just 'frowned upon", it was lectured against in no uncertain terms.
    We as a society have allowed our culture to sink pretty damn low.

    This man needs to demand a jury trial and his lawyer needs to have the balls to demand the jury be informed of their power to find this man not guilty. The judge is a corrupt pig, as is anyone who thinks this is reasonable.

    I've always thought it should have been law for everybody to take a DNA test after having a child. Even if you're married. I even created a petition for this but when I was only 22 years old. I wish I can edit it.

      neun Arme I created that petition way back in 2001 and a lot of women were literally crucifying me about it. I told them if they had nothing to hide, I don't see why they have a problem with it. I now have an 11 year old daughter and even though she's the splitting image of her father, I wouldn't care if he asked for a DNA test. I told him that he could have done one a long time ago.

    • @goadsaid3335
      @goadsaid3335 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      nope. Judges don't have to answer to anyone. Half the time the don't even care about the law. Especially is lower courts where no opinion is written about the decisions which are made. If you want any justice, you need to pay thousands to appeal to supreme court so that they at least have to legally justify their rungs.

    • @123telamon
      @123telamon 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You under estimate the power of the judges in this law system. They can basically do what they whatever they want and if they really do something illegal when judging you, the average joe cant pay for all the suing against them. Only rich guys can defend themselves.

    • @OLDSKOOLNYC1
      @OLDSKOOLNYC1 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Why? Because they have a warm body there already paying, so if they let him off the hook, then they would have to start footing the bill in welfare benefits, or trying to track down the biological father. That costs money so better that these poor saps pay, than the state i.e. the taxpayer!

    • @letsgetcancer7265
      @letsgetcancer7265 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    My brother went threw this driver license stripped him being a firefighter. To pay for a child support on a child she already had before they got together plus his own child with her. The funny thing is state was automatically taking it out his paycheck before he got his paycheck... now explain that...then they gave proof to the court after still getting billed for the child ..there excuse for 1 year was well we lost the paperwork.

So how is it decades later with new forensic test murder convictions are overturned but you can't change an unjust support order. people think for yourselves. Also he should sue her and have her income garnished for damages. take her car her house seize bank accounts turn her ass inside out it can be done...

    DNA tests can be used to determine a man should pay child support if the biological father, why can't it be used to disprove paternity and absolve the non-biological father of financial responsibility.
    The judge isnt the father either, should he/she pay child support too if the mother puts the judges name on the certificate?
