How do I make them fire their guns?
For someone who is interested in real-life photography, this was a great introductory tutorial for to be able to stop spending loads of time figuring Arma mechanics out and be able to focus on the photography part of the process instead, ty man. Btw, do you have any form of modpack/steam collection for all the mods you used here?

Ctrl+E to paste the animation or what ever? its not working at all my guys and yes i copied it and it wont paste onto my guy

I can’t seem to fully get red of ui, ping is still in the way, and my kill count death count do count etc are still there, even after pressing backspace

I know this is an old video but whoever reads my message, i'm having a problem with polpox artwork support, when i'm in animation viewer, i copy the animation, when i try to paste it, it says "failed to apply animation " wrong vehicle type
None of that "Control C and E" stuff works for me...🤷

how do i paste the animation? ctr+e doesn't work, i had to use switchMove, and so can't preview it, when i press ctr+c, it just copy the name of the animation

How do you change from one animation to another? Like the looping ones.
My AI are still reacting to explosions even with damage disabled.. I even disabled simulation and other things to try to fix it. Any ideas? They won’t stay in their static animation.
if you use ACE, that might be the issue
Whenever i spawn in a soldier it automatically puts him in a crouching animation and i don't know how to clear. And i think Rismarcks Animations.
Is there a way to place bullet tracers and add gunshot wounds to a ped?
there is. Polpox artwork creator allows you to place them in the editor. You can choose tracer size, color etc. As for wounds, i think there is a particle emitter in there too that can do blood but i haven't used that myself

Could you do a Second American Civil War for the alternate history series?
I appreciate the suggestion but I've already decided I never will make that series because from a professional standpoint that would get demonitized so fast. On a personal and what I feel is a more important note, I don't think it would be wise, nor would I njoy doing a series that dealt with the destruction of my own country. The level of death and destruction that would occur is way beyond the scope of what could be told in a game. I genuinely hope we never ever get to the point where we would be at war with ourselves. Also, I wouldn't want to contribute anything that would put such an event like that into the minds of others. It should remain a thought to unbearable to consider.

Specific question and I know I'm like 4 years late, but does anyone know if you can deploy the rappel ropes on helicopters in the eden editor from the advanced rappelling mod
how do you activate grenades for screenshots or get muzzle flashes for guns?

Your making pictures not playing the game so any "player/playable" units aren't needed, plus when you "play" it, you go straight to the camera.
POLPOX Artwork mod lets you save "bookmarks" so when you use a certain type of animation say "Sprint" save it, and it will load up all the sprint animations.

He says it at around 26:30 about having the static model firing their weapon. Is that true, and if so how can i enable it?
Having trouble with one thing... Ordnance is affecting my AI's static pose. Once shell splashes the AI try to dive down but get stuck in a loop of diving for cover. Best fix for that?
Make the AI not get any damage by turning off "Enable Damage"

How to find screenshots
Whiplash Animations are just "ok" IMHO. He/She didn't really put much effort into the animations. DIREONE on the other hand has some good looking animations the only problem with them is they only work with RHS
So, I guess based on this video, there is NO way to take a screenshot of arma 3 natively, without the needs to filters, mods, and 3rd-party apps. Like when a person takes a screenshot of their wallpaper, or whatever is on their monitor screen, by clicking on 1-3 keys, and BOOM, a screenshot png or jpg image has been captured of whatever was on their monitor. But there is NO way to do this with Arma 3.......
In other words, I'm not looking for some creativity apps of making a screenshot for dramatic theatrical play. I'm looking for a way to click a capture of WHATEVER IS ON YOUR SCREEN while playing arma 3 - specifically Warlords - and saving it so you can show something like a glitch or oddity to someone else - without the need or even care of trying to pose anything or editing anything. Just show what is there to be shown, and capture it. No go, huh???

Actually, Am I the only one who hates that there is no much ww2 Maps? There is a lot of like Middle East and Asia, but I will not use Afganistan for Irish-British war haha, if u got some nice mappacks I would be gratefull if u could give some links!
And I do hate it when a house does not have interior it's so annoying
I know FOW and IFA3 have some ww2 maps man. Maybe those could help. You know, when you are looking for something that isn't available, there might be others who share your vision. Have you thought of learning how to make terrains so you could have that map?
