If you're still having issues, try unchecking behind/follow but keep focus on. Some units have wonky terrain guidance and bump a little bit. I also suggest once selecting a unit that is bouncy, zoom out using Z and then zoom in to recapture the sharpness of the image. The bumpiness should be somewhat mitigated.

Somehow Gcam is broken for me, when following or focusing on a unit the unit starts shuttering for some reason
