Ford Ka (2008-2016) door panel removal

- Due to the fact that the window regulator broke, I had to open the door panel to have access inside to be able to install the new regulator. In the next clip I try to describe as much as possible how to remove and and how to reassemble the dor panel.

I broke the white 'handlebar' you first remove out when shutting the door to make sure its well shut.
Well, it broke at the middle screw (where your elbow rests). So the handlebar is intact but it brokr out from the door.
Is it possible, that I need only a scrw or pin OR i need a complete 'handlebar' with the door opener?
@gyetvaimarcel. First of all, thank you very much for your comment! The door opening device should be a separate mechanism that does not influence this situation. However, it is quite difficult to break from the screw. Maybe it was not tightened well or it came apart in time. It is quite difficult to give my opinion if I do not see what it is about. If you could send me a picture, it would help me understand the situation better and maybe we can find a solution together if you haven't succeeded so far.

I performed this operation once before, but unfortunately, I didn’t film it at the time since it was before I started uploading videos to TH-cam. I do plan to remove the rear part again soon, as I’m also dealing with a minor issue-a speaker that’s distorting. I’m not sure if there are particles on the membrane or if it needs to be replaced. So, I’ll need to open the back again, but I can’t say for certain when that will happen. But what I can promise you is that I will write to you when I upload this video! Hey! Thanks for the video, i have a problem with my doorhandle on the outside, i have to pul very hard and fast and than it will open, do you have any idea wath the cause is, i thought maybe the handle is not connected good on the inside.. do you have any ideas? 😊

But soon I will open the back of the car because the rear left speaker has a strange noise at a higher volume. In this way in a few weeks I can give you an answer if it is still helpful. Turns out they pop nailed them in place, had to use a drill to get them out.

@@PAFixandCrafts I wanted to upgrade the speakers, i put in jbl club 622 speakers and a pioneer subwoofer.

These were purchased by Aliexpress and cost around 7 euros, but I saw that they can also be found in most supermarkets in the car section. Ordered from China, they are cheaper, but you have to wait about a month for delivery. In the supermarket, they are about 14 euros, which is double, but the advantage is that you can have them immediately.
