For speghetti it's ok, In Italy, the portion of "U" spaghetti, which is cut, is often sold as short pasta to make soup and other similar dishes. But with macaroni there are some mistakes. Macaroni in Italy are not a type of short pasta in general, but a variety of pasta as well as fusilli, tubes, ears, pens, and so on. So I did not understand why they speaked about macaroni and showed the fusilli, then I realized where the mistake was. The Maccheroni are a South-Italian specialty, and today they are often hand-made and have small differences in length and shape, depending on the area in which they are produced. Beware, it is incorrect to call them macaroni but the real name is Maccheroni, in the local dialect their name sounds like makkerrooni.
@@qwertyqwerty6099 no it is not just a shape .. it is the unwanted part of the long u shape of the sapgetti .. and i think you know nothing about the Pasta production.

Above all, this dough must be suitable for machines. A dough that breaks, sticks or clogs the machine, no matter how good its taste, will never leave the factory. We are so accustomed to this industrial taste that we find homemade pasta strange the first time we taste it. You have two hands. Nevertheless, it is worth a try. It is also very simple. Simple product, simple production. Of course not here. Everything is huge here.
I'm an industrial engineer and I've always been fascinated by this type of factories, but I found amused the fact that they refer to for example, dough cooled by a COOLER, cut by a CUTTER, then in my head I was just like, wrapped by a wrapper, scan by a scanner, weight by a weighter (stupid brain) LMAO.

Wow this is an amazing video. Hats off to the people who designed and made this factory. So beautiful .
The people who created this machinery are incredible. The expertise that goes into its production is massive.
I am impressed at the cleanliness of the spaghetti factory. 😙
My kids open one box of spaghetti for dinner, and it's all over the kitchen floor. The factory is clean as a whistle.
just me my kids are 21 and 16. They should be able to handle it, even two years ago. 😂
