How I Beat Demise in 22 Seconds (Skyward Sword HD)

I decided to do a speedrun of the final boss Demise in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD and got very close to the current world record! For ten years, the record stood at 23 seconds on the Nintendo Wii version, and now, sub 23 has finally been achieved in 2021! Button controls have made this fight much easier. Maybe one day I'll tackle this boss again, but for now, I'm fine with second place.

When you can beat this guy that fast, I assume it is best to start boss rush with him.

@@kvnbee No I meant it is recommened to start with a boss you have problems with, so you can start over early. When you beat the boss in say 30 seconds you also have much time on your guardian potion+ left.

In the 100% run, yes, it is fastest to start with Demise, at least if you intend to do the set of eight for the hylian shield
