    The K5 Blazer was a great 4x4. I drove one 12,000+ miles off-road working for a mineral exploration company in the late 70’s - had a blast👍😎

    had you thought about changing that intake manifold out?

      @@CodyCrafted you mentioned trouble w vacuum leaks. Also, is there a manifold better suited to the Sniper

      @Gary-xk2ow we re-sealed the intake gaskets (not sure if that made the video). Older sbc are known for having leaks under the intake. The main thing with sniper on a dual plane manifold is to run a 1" open spacer so the vacuum signal is equalized between the banks. They'll get a wonky signal off just one side.
      You could run a single plane but at the expense of low end torque and runner velocity on low power setups. See engine masters episodes for more specific information. Basically, if you have hood clearance, performer RPM is what you need on a street/strip application. Single plane is not necessary for anything that lives below 6k RPM. There's a massive torque drop
