The term "take a dunk" is already so rarely heard in basketball. It's almost a given that you make the dunk. Usually you dunk it or your dunk attempt gets blocked, there is really no in between. The ability to dunk is also, not holy grail, but gatekeeper in deeming who is athletic or not.
The average height in the NBA is 6'7". It's the default that they can dunk, so it's no gatekeeper deeming anything. If a 6'7 guy can't dunk, he's exceptionally unathletic.

He lost vertical inches off for jump after injury. He's gotta watch clips of Ced Ceballos when he had some good runs with the Lakers after Magic retired. A lil fake on the penultimate step will do him a lot of help

Dunking isn't a given because you're tall. I'm 6'4" and have insane hops, so I can dunk super easy if we're just shooting around. I've still never dunked in a game or with someone guarding me.
He doesn't have a position..he's an undersized PF who isn't athletic enough over bigs nor does he have the strength/size to create space with his body.. If he had more offensive moves and had better court vision...it would be different

I'm 2m, i get dunks at 50. 6'10" wingspan helps that a lot but i'm more explosive than this guy, yeah i'm not nba and i'm white lol but i suspect he's got a 7' span still, 74%, how is that a problem for field goals - he's doing fine - nba player who's getting high percentage shots - just getting those looks is elite level and he may be injured he looks like a guy who is missing his bounce a little, it happens you have a constant battle to keep that up even guys in their prime - jumping 100 times daily or more takes a toll - if his diet sucks like carbs or sugar and he's not working on the support structure like hips etc probably has knees buckling a little
Steph's listed vertical is 36 inches. It's likely lower in reality. While Williams' listed vertical is 39 inches. That's also likely lower in reality. Williams' problem isn't vertical jumping ability. It's unwise decision making and lack of physical coordination.
