This is the workout I didn’t know I needed! I wasn’t sure about doing this one because I’ve done all 3 workouts this week and I didn’t want to do an “easy” workout and lose momentum. This was the perfect combination of getting a bit of a sweat going but some nice stretching too. Just what I needed!
