    I know we should use atleast 3-4 litres of water daily during creating but in winter season we don't drink that amount of water so is it okay if I don't drink 3-4 litres of water in winter season??

    Thank you Sir - Would you please recommend the Water intake per day if we go with 'No Loading' that is 3-5 Gram creatine. Please suggest.
    I stopped using Creatine since 2018, as I feared that body is getting dehydrated if we do not maintain water intake, which could led to PILES.

      There is no point of loading creatine (science says) your body will absorb only that amount of creatine which it needs, rest excretes through urine.
      If talking about water intake, it's also a myth that you need to drink more water in a day when you're on creatine & it may can only cause problem when you're not having sufficient water in a day.
      Water retention is mininal in muscles and water gets stored only in muscles not in overall body 📌

      @@cgthanosgaming2629 Yes par itna bhi nahi jitna hauwa babaya hua hai. I'm 5.9ft 71kg and i take 3gm creatine monohydrate every day and drink 3ltr of water per day and that's enough for me.

      Bhai pata nahi kyun par kaafi log jyada pani jyada pani karte hain.. Us wajah se bhi indigestion ho sakta hai.. Body ko paani bhi digest karna hota hai.. Koi jyada pine ki jaruratnahi hoti. Mein leta hun creaatine whey ke saath post workout
