Newer models of the Neo 2T (starting from end 2019, so maybe even yours) ship with a tiny 2.7mm spacer ring that you apply to the left side of the trainers axis to enlarge space between the trainer and the disc brake. It will still be super narrow, but that way you can mount your bike without loosen the disc brake. If you do not have that ring, is is available at Garmin (product no: S2875.07)
