It has been years, and I keep on searching an authentic Indian food experience. I wondered if it will be a reality to find an authentic Indian Thali in Europe? Will it be worth it?
It becomes even tougher being a vegetarian to find equally good food in Europe just like we did in traditional Indian restaurants in India. There has been so much talk about this restaurant in the town and a lot of buzz. I decided to see for myself if it was worth the word and my money.
There are strict reservations to ensure perfect experience for guests and avoid food wastage.
This restaurant, 'Chandigarh' is truly one of its kind.
If you are in Brussels, I highly recommend visiting here and experiencing their authentic vegetarian Thali.

The best indian food in Belgium is the one you cook at home , personnally they adapted the food too much on european palate and it doesnt always taste like ...it should

then you can try to find a hotel near Louiza metro or Brussels Nord station. Although brussels is well connected by public transport and places are not too far.
