It is upto the hotel whether it allows to keep your luggage or not, in 9 countries they allowed doesnt mean every hotel will allow. You can't defame any hotel when everything is clearly mentioned in the hotel policy rules.
Just a friendly reminder for you young man, if you travelling in Europe not following the rules you will be disappointed and you're the main reason yourself. Why the hotel keep your luggages, they're for business not to the charity for guy like you coming to make TH-cam videos. Next time when time for checking in is 15:00 go at 15:00. If you delete a word called called expectation from other, trust me you won't be disappointed from anyone in any where. Stop being negative particularly when you love travelling. First of i would like to thank you for taking out time to comment on the video. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that i travelled 11 countries in europe in this very trip itself and i arrived in many hotels before the check in time but never had an experience where they did not accept my luggage. I offered them to pay to keep the luggage as i understand europe is expensive and hotels are there to earn a buck, but they did not give me an option other than early check with a lie that "we do not have space to keep luggage" but i could see the room where they have kept luggage and there was ample space there. There is a difference in making profit out of providing genuine services and trying to use your customer's situation of need to make some extra bucks. So i was not expecting charity, i just wanted them to provide a service and i was ready to pay, but they wanted to make more money either by hook or crook. Yes you are totally correct, we need to remove "expectation" so as to not be disappointed in anything and i try to follow that but their lying was something that irked me. I accept that i did not cover major parts of belgium as i did not have enough time and i wanted to reach Paris and hence could only take 1 day out to see whatever i could. But yes in future i would definitely cover more of belgium. Really appreciate your critical comment on the video. Cheers Namaste from India
How is Ibis not taking your luggage a reason to not visit Belgium? Matlab kuch bhi? Plus the train station you were calling dirty seemed pretty neat to me. You end up travelling to a place just to check it off your list and when things don't happen perfectly - 'DON'T VISIT BELGIUM'. Other cities exist in Beligum outside of Brussels - try Ghent or Brugge. Even Brussels has some good attractions for a day trip (Atomium, Delirium Cafe etc.).
I mean for me, first impression of a city matters a lot and specially there are so many other better and cheaper alternatives available. So ibis did give me a very bad fist impression and as far as train station is considered it was very aged and if you compare cost to quality, it was pretty off balance. Austria had cheaper trains and their stations were filled with all possible services and definitely revamped over time. And yes you are definitely right there are other good cities too, probably I shouldn’t say to completely skip Belgium, but to include more or other cities, not just Brussels. @@swapnil23246 I would definitely consider skipping it, because there are true hidden gems in Eastern Europe, which are definitely better alternatives and let’s face it, we Indian want good value for any money we spend. So yeah I would skip Belgium for, Czech Republic, Hungary or Vienna!

Why are you so negative about Belgium on your video page?? We have lot of beautiful , clean cities. Belgium is beyond Brussels! Brussels has some filthy places being a transit point of many illegals staying there, who are on the way to the UK! Go to Antwerp station! It is one of the most beautiful in Europe. Ghent sation is being revamped. At all major stations in Belgium, there are big lifts, escalaters at different places. Just have to search, looking at the signs above. Its bit strange that they did not want to store your luggage at the Hotel where you were supposed to check in later I suppose! I was in Ibis hotels in Antwerpen and Brussels once. They happily stored my luggage for free. I did not have to pay any money. I live in Bruges. I hope you had a great time in Paris! I have been there only twice. It is too overhyped, unsafe at many places.
@@yatriank kya baat hai. i am also in gurgaon. lets catch up sometime. also, recently have applied for Schengen visa but through office. ek baar spain ka reject ho gya tha bhai. denmark ka redcarpet hai, 3 days for business and 2 days vacation in spain but embassy walo extra documents manga liya for vacation. i shared via email. still waiting for the decision. its been a week now. do you think it can still get rejected ?
