I really like Taekwondo at 64. I don't think of it as a self defense class as much as a personal growth class. So good for the mind and body.
@@glenstribling6123 Taekwondo, Karate and other traditional martial arts excel at "personal growth". Self-defense is only the vehicle used to develop the individual.
