Great looking watch. I have had the GMT 41 version for more than two years and love its looks barring the thickness which sometimes stands out. What surprises me is how and why Tudor is not able to come out with a thinner version of its movement. Rolex has been making GMTs for a long time now and to think that Tudor has no idea or interest in reducing its movement thickness shows that maybe they don’t want to either spend the time and the money or are just being tone deaf. These days as it is with the latest blingy Rolex watches, Tudor always leaves something out that customers really would like to be addressed. I long for the Rolex 5 digit watch days.. those were probably the best watches Rolex ever made in terms of design.
Yes the five digits were so great in terms of sizing. If they only had the modern bracelets…

Hi David, I enjoyed the video as I am thinking about purchasing this watch. An added bonus is that you have the same size wrist (16.5) as myself so I could see the sizing where you ended up with 5 links at 12 and 4 at six. How did you end up leaving the micro adjustment on the inside? Somewhere in the middle? Thanks and keep the videos coming .

I love this watch because of the bezel it looks like a shield on your arm. You should be happy with this watch its made for adventures yes it is thick i think it is cool and a manly watch i wonder how it would wear under a jacket i think it will look cool under a jeansjacket or stormjacket.

I ordered one yesterday just to be on the list which Iv been told isn’t that long , not sure if I actually want it but put my name down to see if the watch grows on me . I have the bb58 , is it too similar?
The BB58 is quite different, I don‘t think that they are too similar. One is a diver the other a gmt so yeah..
They seem to glue the screws so a hairdryer helps loosen before changing

Just ordered mine and the price is $4,000, wondered where you are at as the sticker price is only $3,720, hope it is not too thick for me.

‘It’s not a Rolex clasp, it’s still a Tudor clasp’. That’s because it’s a Tudor watch, if you want a Rolex clasp buy a Rolex 🤣🤣. Nice watch though man, let us know how you get on with the thickness 👍🏼
Yeah, in hindsight it was a stupid comment, I just thought that the clasp would be a bit more like the Rolex clasp since they also added the logo on the opening. Will definitely let you guys know about the thickness!
It does look a wee bit bulky on the wrist. I suspect the 39mm case size enhances the thickness a bit as i have a heritage chrono & it doesn't seem that slab sided on my 6.5 in wrist. it is a nice looking watch. I like the clean dial w/ just that pop of color with the GMT & second hand (very reminiscent of the North Flag which is a watch i wished i got, but it got discontinued mid order & the pandemic had other ideas)

Wrong! Best Tudor on sale at the moment is the Black Bay Ceramic. The Pro is just too thick.
