Here is the transcript of the interviews: www.jordanbpeterson.com/blog-...
Here are the full unedited audio recordings of the interviews my daughter ‪@mikhaila‬ and I recently undertook with Decca Aitkenhead of the Times -www.thetimes.co.uk/article/jo...

We have decided to release the audio recording of the interviews public to ensure that people have access to the full story. We didn't record video this time.
I agreed to the interview in the hopes of having questions about my health over the past two years addressed by a reliable media once and for all before the release of my new book Beyond Order in March. This was done partly at my publisher's request.
Mikhaila fielded the initial questions to help reduce the stress I experience in recounting the events in question. She also remembers more of what happened. She was also part of my interview at my request to ensure it didn’t continue for too long and to make sure that I didn't get excessively fatigued.
Mikhaila suggested we put my interview first as this is addressed to my audience, although my interview took place the day after hers. Her interview starts at 1:26:30.

Hello Kowan. I'd be interested to know the specifics of how Dr Peterson's words have helped you.
I can certainly say the same applies to me. I was just standing still in life but was motivated to leave my country and work in China. And when tragedy struck I would have most likely completely collapsed if it wasn't for Dr Peterson's wisdom about being strong and carrying a weight.

@@RictaScale.Official I was in a very dark place 3 years ago. I lost everything and found myself in a hostile and very toxic environment. I went from top of the top to rock bottom. At times I had difficulties trying to find a glimpse of hope. Dr Peterson was a big part of my self-growth journey. It’s funny, because I stumbled upon one of Dr Peterson’s videos by chance. I was so consumed by feeling sorry for myself. I needed someone or something to shake me out of that feeling.

I hear you. However, your point doesn’t have any relationship with my initial comment. In the event that MP was manipulating the situation, this still doesn’t deter from the overall knowledge of JP. His early podcasts, purely lectures, are just him speaking for a few hours. Yet they are so engaging, accessible and informative. MP’s thoughts don’t impact this.
Also, MP found a lifestyle that tames her wild array of life-long diseases by herself, after doctors all over the world couldn’t do anything. She may not have a medical degree, but she’s far from alike to an unemployed person giving career advice. Considering she was born with these diseases, it is far fetched to say she therefore isn’t able to talk about health. If anything, she’s going to have a wider knowledge than most, she ultimately found an exit strategy that has worked long term. So why would she not try to use this to support her own Dad? She’s going to feel like she can speak to the realm of chronic disease recovery to some degree because she is actually in it, as well as out of it.

      @montagraph818 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@Sean Brogan I agree. I have great respect for him, but I hope he is able to get clarity from someone he can respect without his daughter peering over his shoulder. I have a master's of science in clinical psych and have a few years clinical experience, which doesn't even start to come close to Dr. Peterson's wealth of knowledge, but I have a suspicion that his daughter may have a personality disorder and is able to easily manipulate him. People who think that it would be impossible because of how brilliant he is may not understand how difficult it can be for even the most competent people to think rationally when living with someone you love that has a personality disorder, it can be very draining and confusing because one may not want to see who that person really is. Again, I'm not saying that I know this to be the case, and some of my opinion is merely anecdotal since I have experience loving someone whom was extremely manipulative and his daughter reminds me of her, but that life experience along with my clinical experience makes me suspicious and I would be looking for certain behaviors and patterns of interactions with her because I wouldn't be at all surprised if his daughter may be more of a contributing factor to his mental health problems than he is aware of or open about.

I'm in my mid 50's, female and grandmother of 4, and I have shared Dr Peterson with everyone in my family, from the teens up to my 60+ senior brother of mine, and all my friends. He is right about 'starving'. I'm starving for male encouragement and support. I grew up without a father. Throughout school there was no real male support, and I looked for it in all the wrong places. Hearing him speak, is like being the only one in the room and he is speaking to me. The ends justifies the means in their minds, so double standards come naturally. I wonder if the reading material Jordan Peterson has recommended in the past, like 'Ordinary Men' and 'The Gulag Archipelago' details the slippery slope that this kind of behaviour is on. The best thing about this interview was finding out in painful detail every single thing the family had to endure during this ordeal during your daughter's portion of the interview... The Peterson's are a truly extraordinary family... Thank you, I really appreciated hearing this - I'm sure there were many times the situation seemed impossible (just from my listening it sounded impossible at so many points and I shudder to think what I would've done in the same situation with my own family). I can't imagine going through the same things you had to endure. I feel you've helped provide a blueprint, however, for what others could do if they experience this same kind of absurdity and feeling of helplessness... We all need a Mikhaila in our families!
The interviewer sounds totally devoid of compassion and asks her questions so flippantly to Jordan... I imagine during the interview the Peterson's had many WTFFF moments ("are you angry?...are you still angry???... what do you think about Trump???")

Jorden saved me. I discovered him my freshman year of college. He taught me to clean up my life, get my life together and persue my dream. I graduated in the top of my class and now have my dream job and look forward to every day. 12 rules for life is right.

Same here! No amount of hack reporters can tear down the accomplishment of the number of lives Jordan has literally and figuratively saved.

Dr. Peterson, I feel the pain in your words. I have watched quite a few of your videos on TH-cam. You have helped me so much! I still have a ways to go. I have PTSD, Major depression and anxiety disorder, Seasonal Affective Disorder and OCD where I feel like I have to clean constantly. In the summer of 2019 I was diagnosed with non epileptic seizures brought on by PTSD and my triggers. After 2 years of counseling, I had thought I was better and the 1st part of this year I felt good and at peace. But then I had a lot of dramatic changes happen in my life and everything came back but this time worse. I had akathsia as well after put on a mood stabilizer. I walked and cried constantly for over 48 hours. It was the worse thing I have ever been through. Then the seizures were pretty horrific as well. My neighbors and family had a hard time seeing me this way and were not very kind to me. But I understand now that they were afraid. Not afraid of me but they just couldn't stand seeing like this, which I didn't like it myself. I live in a small town and didn't have much family anyway. I am a single mom and have been for many years. I'm 49 years old and my daughter just started college and moved it about a week ago. I have always worked and now I'm unable to do so. And what hurts the most is that this was not how I envisioned me and my daughter's most important time in her life and mine that I would not be able to function. My daughter had to help me with a lot of things. I haven't had a seizure since June 29, 2021. So that is a blessing. But it is still very hard when I don't have any support. I do have a therapist that I see virtually. That helps, but the loneliness is very hard. I try to put a smile on my face with I face time my daughter because I don't want her to worry. I have been suffering with anxiety and depression since my early 20's and have always taken antidepressants. I remember watching that video where you were at Liberty College in Lynchburg, VA which is only about 45 minutes from where I live, and that young man cried out for your help. It was the saddest thing I have ever seen. Because I have been in situations where I just wanted to scream in a crowd because I was in so much pain but to look at me you would never know that. But that is how mental illness is. At this point I'm just tired, mentally, physically and emotionally tired. I will continue to watch your videos and have so much respect for you and your family. I just wish I had that support system. I see now that it is very important! I don't expect someone to come over everyday, but a call every now and then would be nice or just knowing that I had them in my life would help too, even if I didn't need them for anything. I have always been an independent woman and every would always say how I was a very strong person, especially the ones who knew what traumas that I have had to endure most of my adult life up until 3 year's ago. I hope you continue to get better. And if you could pray for me, that would be much appreciated. I just wanted to tell you that I hear you and understand your pain and will continue to pray for you as well. Much Love from Virginia USA

There are nearly 10 thousand comments within a week of this upload in support of JBP and I am not shy to add one more 👍 Glad that he endured yet another interview (and uploaded its uncut version).

The article that was published after this interview was full of slander and undue hostility and resentment. What a disgrace! This interview was beautiful to listen to. Thank you Peterson family for providing the audio of this interview - as always - shining a very VERY important light on TRUTH (which is what journalism is supposed to do, but no longer does, clearly).

Jordan you've proved there is a higher evil power trying to stop us from reaching our higher conscousness. All you have ever spoke as far as I've ever seen is the truth and its so satisfying to hear.
