Earlier this year, Above & Beyond performed some of their best-loved songs acoustically as part of a 15-piece band, across four sold out shows at London's famous Porchester Hall. The response from fans was overwhelming and led to two sold-out nights at The Greek Theater in Los Angeles in October, described by Billboard Magazine as "one of the finest and more memorable shows in EDM history."
Above & Beyond partnered with THUMP on the production and filming of the London shows to create a concert film that captures the Porchester Hall performances and the story behind the acoustic project. The songs performed at Porchester Hall also form the basis of the "Above & Beyond Acoustic" studio album, which was recorded in the spring and summer of 2013 and features a 24-piece orchestra.

This is one of the most beautiful duets I've ever seen. These two voices together are beautiful, like they were meant to sing together. I saw this performance on a TV Show in my country and since then I never forgot. Don't listen to often, bift when I do I get chills every single time.

My baby was born last year to this song in a water birth. This song is magical.
This song made in heaven we played during the cremation of my brother Frans 29 June 2021. The love of my brother stays immense. I took care of him my whole live since he was 4 years old and I was 3. Our parents could not take care of there 5 children. Frans died with a big smile on his face at the ICU Tergooi Hospital Hilversum The Netherlands, within 4 minutes after the doctors shut all the live saving equipment off. “With a blazing smile I die”. I miss my brother. Frans is above. Frans is home.

I still remember the day you sent me this song. It was our song! Yes we have fallen apart and many fragments of ours remain with me but this song pierces my heart leaving aches and tears but that is all so sweet because I go back in time when all I had was not there but all my soul wanted was with me.
I listened to it in 2017, I forgot the name of the song and it made me irritated and sad that I couldn't find it, every year there was a time when I would search for this song and fail. But suddenly today 8 July 2022, I found it !!! I am so happy and every time I close my eyes I feel that I am back in 2017 .. . which was a dark time for me.

Now let me start by saying this: first of, wow amazingly wow! Tremendous musical arrangement. This is ART, real ART, PERIOD!!!!! I mean, i dont care what people say but when you bring these talented people together you make or create a unique work of art. For many out there, DJs, producers and composers of Electronic music they are not about pushing buttons and being in front of a computer manipulating a software to recreate musical sound and entertain us, no not really! These people actually go to school, study the music industry, the sound industry. These people have a degree in sound engineering, music writing and composition. I consider these people way better or equally like any freaking super star of todays music. They execute their work most of the time way better than those we consider super stars but this is my humble opinion. I applaud those DJs, producers and composers of EDM or Electronic music for showing that not only they have the skill in that genre but also acoustically. Also, yes they are some DJs, producers or composers with no music background or school who learned by themselves and still do better work sound than many, thank you very much.
