Ingredients👇
340 grams All-purpose/ Bread flour (2 1/4 cup)
10 grams Granulated Sugar (3/4 tbsp)
5 grams Instant Yeast (1 3/4 tsp)
2 grams Salt
1 large Egg ( 67g)
1 tsp Vanilla Paste/ Vanilla Extract
160 grams whole/ fresh milk ( 1/2 cup + 3 1/2 tbsp)
30 g butter, softened (2 tbsp)
others:
1/2 cup sugar for coating
1 liter or more oil, for deep frying

I love how it eliminates the need to roll out the dough and cut each donut out! I hate that step because it leaves a lot of extra dough after cutting out the donuts, and when you put the extras together and try rolling it out again, it changes the texture of the dough. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!
