boss Bogs! I think part of the reason you're blessed is because you share what you know. Hindi kayo madamot. And with your business serving food, you don't hesitate giving out free stuff for loyal customers unlike others who don't. Every time I watch your vlogs seeing you working, that's literally what you call over there in the states as "hustling". But I have to be honest with you guys, nabwibwisit ako sa channel ninyo! Ganda ng chemistry nyong dalawa, kasama na doon ung kulitan/inisan habang nagtatrabaho. Pareho din tayo ng pagbalot ng lumpia. My wife and I have been doing catering for 10 years, magkapareho tayo ng peg. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Keep it up. More success sa inyo!!!

Enah and Bogs, I was just telling my mom that I enjoy watching your vlogs mostly for your dialogues and rants (the Cavitenia in me lol). You always make me laugh. Quick helpful tip to seal your lumpia: use flour and water light paste instead of egg. It'll seal well, you won't taste it when you fry. I add a fresh egg to my lumpia shanghai filling instead.
You guys blow me away with your every video. It amazes me how you found a gap in the food truck market and smashing it. Your food looks delicious. I love your energy and attitude. Awesome crew. But most of all I love how you preserve the Filipino names of our favourite dishes and you tell the customers the right way to pronounce them. So fun to hear Americans say sisig, lumpia, pancit. It's heart-warming. A lot of Filipino expats abroad and those on TH-cam anglicise the names of our food like they say noodles for pancit. But your approach is authentic. You are truly teaching Americans to know our food and eat them and like them. Love your bantering with Kumander and your crew..Keep up the great job. All the best. Stressful talaga when into food business. But lots of rewards after a wholeday of hard work. I admire you both. Our son moved there four years ago as a nurse in Seattle. I recently had recent orders from co-workers of pancit and lumpia here in North Florida. Hindi ko lang ma perfect ang shaping and rolling of lumpia. Esp the frying….kainis 😔

Keep up the good work, I’ve never seen a Filipino food truck/restaurant this successful. Where I live, many have come and gone because the food doesn’t taste that good, you won’t give it a second try, most are just after the profit

best to use n pang seal s lumpia is cook a gravy like consistency ng four and water taz apply mo lng like paste, super effective. ganyan din aq magbalot nyan open ung both ends
yan yung pangarap ko sana gawin dito sa america, pinoy food truck kasi nong nasa pinas ako nagka-karenderia ako, masarap yung ngluluto ka tas madami nasasarapan at bumibili, at maganda sa lahat ikaw ang boss, hawak mo oras mo.

Pustahan tayo dyan sa loob at labas ng tirahan mo nagkalat ang basura. 🤣Sa America malinis and kapaligiran. Yung styro at plastic nila nasa basurahan o tamang lalagyanan.
