    Great interview, God bless you. The truth remains, when it comes to total packaging no one beats KSA. Talk of guitar playing, dancing, liveliness, stage performance, studio performance, stage control, harmony, unique costume, good tempo, etc Sunny Ade is always on top, he's not just chorus singing, he sings with style. Sunny is the greatest of all time. He is a complete musician, complete entertainer. God bless KSA

    A smart musician that I have watched life in Glendale, Maryland, USA. Now I see why he knows a lot of KSA’s music. He needs to dance more when playing. His guitar works on the stage should also be increased . Above all, the interview was comprehensive and illuminating. Thanks to the duo.

    listening to comments that sunny ade produces a complete packaging or uniquely complete music is a complete over statement. Yoruba or juju music lovers know that when it comes to presentation or display if instrumentations, no one can beat sunny ade. that's just the truth. but when it comes to songs making and balanced compositions, eeeeh, sunny ade trails behind Ebenezer obey. any lovers of instrumentations and dance will like sunny ade, but lovers of good songs listen to Ebenezer obey. comparing sunny ade and Ebenezer obey is like comparing Fuji music of Killington ayinla and barrister ayinde and the difference is there. now barrister ayinde is late and already his music already is outliving Killington Fuji music while ayinla is still alive. I mean, Fuji music lovers still listen to barrister's music than ayinla's. that's just it. the same holds for sunny music and obey's songs. it may surprise anyone that obey has got more fans than sunny. i had my university education among Igbos and most of them even attribute sunny music to obey. this is because obey is more popular among them. we do not grow to be younger but older. as we do, we justify reasons to love and listen to obey's music than Sunny's. sometimes in ilorin, Kwara state, a radio presenter, through phone calls, asked ten of his audience to chose between sunny"s music and obey's songs for him to play for them. seven out of ten declared their interest for obey. we know songs and instrumentations go or blend together. a complete musicians know the role of song compositions. if you are an instrumentalist, you can't be a musician except you are a good songs composer. if you play only instruments for long without songs to listen to, people term you a bad musician. what I'm sure of is this, for many many years to come, obey's music will outlive Sunny's. for instance, when one compares Sunny's the child and obey's Ayo Omo titun, any day any time, at naming ceremonies in Yoruba land, obey's will be preferred.

      All this thesis because of your preference for Obey over Sunny Ade. Haba! Everything you posted is your personal opinion and you are entitled to it.

      Complete nonsense. Obey is a better composer but Sunny is better overall. Sunny is an excellent composer too. Many of his songs are deeper in meaning.

    • @babsjay4239
      @babsjay4239 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I know what I am saying. Obey's oldies will outlive sunny's and this is happening now. Sunny is a better instrumentalist but obey remains a better composer.
