    Exactly what I needed to hear! I felt off for the past few days, reacted & went on a spiral in one circumstance. But as I looked at myself in the mirror I just had to give myself a pep talk like "it doesn't matter, I'm in control, persist & just have faith in me. Things will eventually get better. I'm strong, confident woman". Thanks so much Dylan!

    Dylan, I just had an epiphany: The concept of perfection and the trap of comparison. This is something I've always been consciously aware of but I continued to make this "mistake". Unbeknownst to me, I was casting the perception of "perfection" onto my family since I was little, and feeling unworthy/not good enough/2nd best to authority figures/siblings/cousins if I didn't live up to their example/expectations. I think that's what's been tripping me up. So, of course this trickled down to needing validation from them, friends, the "popular" kids at school and relationships, then failing because I was grasping for it, then beating up on myself for not being good enough, creating a cycle of hell lol. You pretty much always talk about this but I find it interesting that in this case, it's not something I was ever told to do or be, but a conclusion I drew by myself on how I was suppose to receive love at such a young age. I'm kinda unclear as to why I would feel the need to be perfect if my village that raised always told me I was doing great and encouraged me? That's also a part of why it's been difficult for me to accept any kind of compliment.

      @IAm_DylanJames  3 ปีที่แล้ว +48

      Great realization - even if your village raised this way, it was something you observed as a child and just imprinted into your subconscious. Now work on affirming in a new belief structure and releasing the emotions holding this in place. You got this! : )

    I've been doing everything I can to let something go. The manifested SP back after a few months, then I moved back in with my mom and I feared the worst cuz she has a horrible way of bringing out the worst feeling of worthlessness and chaos out of me, so I acted out of insecurity and told her we're both too negative currently. She'd been projecting pain onto me even before, so I thought it was the right choice, but then, I regretted it the next day since she hadn't responded. So, I texted her and eventually my insecurity of losing someone caused her to believe I was manipulating her. So she wanted to end it there, but I asked her to wait. 4mo later, I messaged her a bit upset and psychoanalytic over the situation since she still hadn't given me the reason why she did it. Then she said became upset over things I know were definitely a distorted narrative of victimization. I sent her a very strongly worded message a month later, but I still miss her and dwell on the problem. I never had the expectation that she wouldn't accept my apology, but I did feel worried deep down due to my environment. How can I let go while being alone?

    • @julesk1088
      @julesk1088 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It sounds like you tried to do lots of things to make things happen; sending an apology text, trying to prevent bad situations from happen, etc. This actually isn't the way to go when it comes to manifesting, surprisingly. In manifesting, it's best to not try to make things happen physically, and instead make them happen spiritually. The way to do this is to just totally focus on yourself: do fun activities during the day, don't talk about negative things much, don't spend time focusing on circumstances, sleep with Dylan's Limitless Manifestor affirmation tape on, consider taking a break from texting your SP, and generally just drop anything that makes you feel negative, while including everything that makes you feel positive. Because all situations--every bit of what you described--are just your beliefs, energy, and focus manifested out. So you just change your beliefs with Limitless Manifestor, change your energy by following a daily routine which is just filled with fun activities like youtube, games, TV, movies, books, etc. With your new positive beliefs and new positive energy, literally everything in your life will instantly change to match that positive energy. You'll feel so healed, relaxed, happy, and an inner peace inside. Plus letting go, forgiving yourself, and all of those happy things will be simply automatic--it's so nice. This approach of changing your beliefs and changing your energy is really the best way to feel better in any situation (& change all situations entirely). It drops all the focus off the circumstances, and brings all the focus onto positive things & happiness. And by the law of attraction, we get what we think about & focus on. So this allows things in your life to really work out amazingly. It might take a few weeks for all the changes to finish, but even if you just get started today, you'll notice instant results like alignments (seeing the same numbers show up repeatedly), weird dreams (which are a sign that your beliefs are improving), and generally just feeling so much better. If you persist with this practice, you are guaranteed to see miracles show up.
      What do you think? Does that help? :)
      (P.S. Wimm Hoff breathwork method is an extra nice thing which can help you feel better :)

    I fell off today and made things worse, I apologized and my person didn’t accept my apology I felt terrible for a very long part of the day and now that I watched this video I forgive myself because I am human, I’m proud of myself because I am able to realize when I’m wrong and I can be humble enough to apologize that is what I am in control of if the other party is not open to receive my apology that is ok too … all I can do is let it go and focus on myself they come around.

    I am curing (have cured) my mom's alchoholism/rage, and it hurts so fucking bad.
    I tried so, so hard not to have a meltdown, but she is chasing me around the house and following me everywhere i go.
    While i understand that I am the only one behind it, I'll be honest that it feels incredibly painful right now, and the fear of it not working can feel like a brick wall.
    I tried to do breathing exercises outside, while listening to your affirmation tape, and she came out and started screaming at the that I am too fragile/weak, and victimized her by crying.
    She is the world's nicest person, but heartless and unrecognizable when drunk.
    I know I got this, despite all that.

    What if the other person doesn't forgive you...?

    • @user-cp7nk1pe3n
      @user-cp7nk1pe3n 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Affirm that they are a forgiving person and you are forgiven. If you believe you are worthy of forgiveness, if you forgive yourself, and if you believe they will forgive you, then they will eventually. Just persist in it, you can affirm something like “I am always forgiven because my positive qualities outweigh any past mistakes”. Thinking “they don’t forgive me” is a limiting belief. Any mistake is just a circumstance… it only matters if you let it. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s ok. Listen to the video/Look into “everyone is You pushed out” to understand how this works if you don’t believe it. They will forgive you if you let them.

      @@tnt01 I will tell you what! We each have free will. And 1 thing I know. Our free will is so powerful, that even God himself failed, if you could look at it this way, with the Israelites. A trip in the desert 🏜 that takes 30 days, took them 40 YEARS!!! So, I tell you, 2 things that are most powerful: our will , and a changed mind.
      Whatever we set out to accomplish, we will, as long as our minds and will align. Even healing from diseases. Dr Joe Dispenza says after just 4 days, of starting a new habit, our heart rates change, blood pressure change s, and we start creating new pathways in the brain. As for others, our change from within, will bring forth a change all around us that will influence others too.
