    **Once your foundational belief system is in place, you will find that contradicting thoughts will no longer manifest into your awareness; you will also behave differently (manifesting the new behaviors from the new beliefs, without having to try), and the circumstances will naturally change. You will not need to "Change the Story" because you will be living it. Everything will shift to meet you at your new belief system -- trying to change something or someone outside of you will "naturally occur", people will adjust to meet you at your new state. I WILL Say that if you hold beliefs like "anyone I get into a relationship with, leaves me" - that IS where you need to change your self-concept in relation to people, places and things. But you have to see that is non-specific, you're changing the beliefs you hold about these things/people in relation to you. When you change those beliefs, it WILL apply to specific people but you're not affirming to change that person. The physical reality has only ever reflected your beliefs, anybody could "fit that mold" - the beautiful part, though, is you can manifest specific things so once you make these changes it will apply to your specific person, specific job, amount of money, etc. It will not be a "trying" process, what I see a lot of people doing is they're trying to change the story in their mind. The person, place and thing showed up because of the beliefs you held about yourself - trying to change the person, place or thing really does not address WHY it occurred / unfolded the way it did. Get to the WHY, and change your beliefs - the physical will then change. You want to become the new story, then everything will adjust / conform to your new state. It's a much simpler approach, makes logical sense and WORKS FAST. You HAVE to BE the Change You Seek To Experience**

    I just love how your teaching is literally the same. You don't give another way to change our thoughts. You're literally like , " Love I said it before, I'll say it again. SELF CONCEPT PERIOD!!!”

    3 years now and its finally clicked. Wheh it does ul feel calm peaceful ul realise that how u feel is not dependst on the other person but how u choose to percieve their interaction with you ul see that u create rhe dynamic by how u respond. U then are in full control of ur reality and the outcome.

    I have tried everything for months & months meditation, affirmations, letting go, belief, thought patterns, shifting my reality, living in the end , crystals/ scripting, chakras, healing! There is not even a breakthrough. I know it will happen I know if I keep on showing up positively believing in the power of manifestation something good will come through I know it and I believe it. I send loving energy out everyday - its a test! I am worthy of all good things. Its my turn - my return to consciousness all good things are coming to me 🙏🏻 thank you

    this makes soo much sense!! Thank you 💕Currently on day 5 with the limitless tape and I‘m kinda struggling today… I had days where I felt amazing and powerful and even if my SP ( ex boyfriend aka future boyfriend😍) popped into my head I was like yeah whatever it’s done💪🏼💪🏼 But the last two days I woke up feeling really nervous and have been thinking about him a lot feeling anxious and stressed…But I take it as a sign that my subconscious mind is taking all the new information in and I try to be very gentle with myself. I think my biggest issue is time since I’m a little impatient and just want things to work out quickly…
    However I trust and I know everything is going to be fine, it’s already done☺️

    Could you do a podcast or video on how to feel worthy, how to make yourself know you're worthy? I believe a lot of my foundational issues are surrounding worthiness but I literally cannot grasp how to make myself understand that I truly am worthy.

      You need to persist with listening to the affirmations at night, you can't maintain the feeling bc your limiting beliefs are still manifesting into your consciousness. I will do a podcast, but it's going to be a change you feel and experience once those limiting beliefs are completely rewired. It's not a trying process, so if you're noticing that you can't grasp it or you're feeling like you have to "make yourself feel/understand" that you are worthy, it's because at a subconscious level you still believe you are not. Change the belief, the feeling and behavior will naturally follow - just like how right now, you are not trying to have these thoughts, the belief is just manifesting them and making it "difficult" 💕

      @@IAm_DylanJames So the only way to change that belief is through listening to the affirmations at night? I am still doing that and will persist with that. I wasn't sure if there is something else I need to understand or apply to my thoughts to shift from subconsciously not feeling worthy.

      @@renaewi the fastest way is to do it at night, and then I discuss what to do when you wobble in your state of being during the day. However, the more you persist with the nightly practice the faster the change will naturally occur. Trust in the meantime and be gentle with yourself.

      @@renaewi night affirmations, keep yourself busy during the day, get on a routine, put yourself on a pedestal. do breathwork and meditation for anxiety or become more present.

    One subconscious belief create numeral conscious reality. Therefore changing and stabilizing that one limiting belief will turn the entire reality.

    Been listening to the sleeping affirmations almost a month and had a crazy ass dream last night…- it had sooooome undesirable elements and before it ended it started moving toward my favor. I KNOW this is helping me remove those lingering doubts and self concepts that I no longer identify with. Thank you Dylan for creating affirmation tapes that I can trust!!

    Jeees, i guess i am going to take some sleeping pill and give the affirmation tapes a try. I think, however, that subconscious mind is same strongly susceptible 24h per day. Yes, there is more distraction(it is nothing for sm though), yes conscious mind doesn't offer its opinion on the subject while we sleep:)), but what if one turns down the volume to the level that can be detected by sm only and distract oneself? For instance, by watching Netflix or doing whatever that needs attention etc? This would be same effective, wouldn't it?

    lmao i feel like i comment in ever video~ but, i had a rough night :( and this just chef’s kissed me to a bit of comfort. i drunk called my ex and she answered then i threw a fit because she wouldn’t see me at 3AM‼️ ugh and then i was a mess saying she doesn’t love me? like whatttt is wrong with me! i feel like all i do is seem unstable and like you say i have a hard time self-regulating my emotions and i just push them away. ALSO, how do i get over the fear of moving on, or getting over my past with my ex and how that’s not going to manifest them back?

      Take a step back love. Listen to my self concept affirmation tape for a few nights. You’ll feel the shift. Take the time for yourself, you need to. How you’re showing up has nothing to do with her or these circumstances. It’s you and your self concept / belief system. The fastest way to create change is when you’re sleeping, listen to healthy beliefs that build a new self concept. You will see. Trust 👑

    I'm having low self-confidence I no I am. This is not about an sp I have to build myself up. So the new man I hope to be with for good is the man I should of meet so many years ago. I did go into quite a sad low mood after listen to your first tapes . The head phones came out. I actually woke up and I hard you say the word parrot of course you didn't that was my own mind trying to reject what you were putting into my subconscious. Amazing really how we have been programmed since birth. I tryed to carry it on but couldn't. I went on to the love and manifesting and that worked like a charm but I wasn't quite ready. I mean the guy was talking about wanting a relationship with me . I just pushed him away by making a joke out of things. Also tho we had diffrent ideas over this covid crap. So in a way it wouldn't of worked put. He completely cut me of when he found out I hadn't been vaccinated. He assumed I had. He cut the conversion short and I didn't hear from him again. I was really really hurt. He did speak to me the other day. I no myself worth iv got that part right. It's I feel bad about getting older and iv gained a few pounds. I hate to go outside. I have to work on myself and slowly slowly I am. I'm so lonely . I want to go on a short brake but I will have to go alone with my dog. X

    But how do you shift your beliefs? Don’t just flip your thoughts ok but flipping or changing beliefs is crazy hard. I’m fully aware of what they are but not how to remove them. I’m past the part where you sit with emotions and release those. The belief is still there though

      When you feel doubt and fear .. that’s where your limiting beliefs surface up because you don’t believe you are worthy of your desires

    @dylanjames would you ever make a meditation video for addressing self-concept with health? Or can you recommend someone on youtube who specializes in law of assumption in regards to health? It seems like many coaches stay away from this topic, probably because they haven't experienced and worked through it themselves. I know we all have our own limiting beliefs and baggage, but for me, the manifesting your SP stuff feels like small potatoes.
    I just don't have as many beliefs around the topic anymore. I've been practicing on visualizing to live in the end state in regards to my body and daily routine for a couple weeks now and have seen some small shifts, but I sometimes find myself getting pulled into feeling crappy because of feeling held back by my physical issue. It's felt like circular reasoning. I try to only do affirmations after getting into a good feeling place so they don't feel forced. And it may be worth mentioning I do know why this is a challenging topic for me. I had a sister who died when I was just a baby. I think I just picked up my parents beliefs of not trusting the creator and things going wrong very early. I've tried A LOT of self-help modalities, but something about the law of assumption feels right.
