So good! For me this is exactly what Eureka achieves - no nonsense, no 5 minute fixes - just the opportunity to hit the ball with ease, without pain and down te paddock. If we are talking injured/immobile - that is me - bit not my golf

Excellent tip. Thanks Steve. That is exactly the feelings i am trying to embed with my eureka swing too (left shoulder feeling etc). Work in progress, but definitely trying to keep the hands less active is helping.
Superb lesson Steve. I try so hard to get the club square at impact by attempting to get the back of my left hand to face down the target line. By doing this,my swing is all arms and very little body turn. Your method makes the hands almost passive and using that body and shoulder movement produces square contact without having to think about it. Must try this next time on tthe course.
Love your method but I use the stack and tilt golf swing and wondering if I could use Eureka system concepts in addition? Meaning can I still setup with 55 or 60% of my weight forward, keep arms straight and hands in on the take away, turn and tilt in both the backswing and downswing, BUT start from an open stance (versus aligned with target or even semi closed), with shoulders lined up with target line and then deploy the lead shoulder to lead the downswing while tilting the right shoulder down? Would it work? And what about the tucking of the hips at the finish…is that still relevant and important? In the perfect world I’d love to blend these two systems somehow :).
Correct me if I'm wrong but this seems to me like a total left side controlled swing.....which is how I used to swing...until some kind soul informed me I needed to be using my right hand for power (result swing went west can't hit irons as well as before...used to be consistent around 80-84 now in mid 90's also hand a number of rounds in the 70's ....why I listened to him I now regret)....like your analogy Steve....
Good video Steve, going to try this on the range, one plane swing right? Also I went to order gloves for Black Friday and it says your small sizes are sold out?… From Craig (Edinburgh). By the way I pass your course each day on the way to work I work in west Linton!

This is very helpful for me as I do feel like my lead shoulder gets stuck or I shrug.

Hey Craig 👋 Let me know how you get on at the range. Small gloves have sold out but should be back for the start of the 2025 golf season👍👍
