Man yeah Mr Jan, back in the Farmall!! Looking very fwd to this series, as I always do! I think those carburetors can be stubborn at times, so a good cleaning and Im sure it will go no problem!! I know that hand crank is tiring, but I sure love that sound will yiu crank on it!! Maybe have a look at the points too, seems sometimes they can give weak spark but not enough. Regardless you will have it up and running in no time!! Looking fwd to ot my friend!! 😁😁👍👍
Yes Chris it is strange to see water in the carb with a fuel tank pet valve closed all the time, unless it flow in from the bowl the moment I opened it
Very true, the amount of rusty water that came out of the carb actually told me it will not start, but since I was ready I tried in any case, I will clean the carb and bowl, pull all plugs, double check fire and try again
Jan, I know You will figure out the Problem. I'm Just wondering, Did You Check For Juice at the Plug itself and that the Mag isn't Grounded?? That Cut off switch at the Mag can get stuck from sitting, I've had that happen...Might want to check before pulling the carb and bowl off. just a Thought....Good Luck
Good Morning Sir, great pre engine check !!! You are an outstanding engine repair and you will find the problems !!! Cheers !!!
Thank You Dave, I am trying my friend, the old Farmall tried my passions a lot in the past and never wins, hope it continue this trend lol
Good luck getting the Farmall cranked up Jan, looks like you are checking everything off the list .

Thank you Jan.

Well, you have met every challenge with the old Farmall so far!
Definitely Matt, hopefully can beat it again this round

This is great to follow along with. I am sure you will get it running well, it does sound like a carb issue
Fingers crossed Joseph, we will know at the end
I know you will get it started. Looking forward to seeing what the problem was.

Good Morning Jan

I know it's frustrating to have to hand crank on an engine and it not start, it can wear a person out pretty fast.

Wait, what, did someone steal the starter motor?
Just kidding 😉
Lol, yes probably before I had it Rick
Starting after a summer break 😕
O yes my Friend, I think it is a bit jelious off giving so much attention to other projects😊
