Might be able to gently heat the needle, to smooth it out.. just a thought, as I've never tried it. As for the seat, possibly a drill bit, ground to the correct angle, and gently spin it with your fingers?? But if your extra needle seals, then hopefully you got it 🤞 If the float has a leak, that could actually be the only issue to fix. Old brass floats were easy to fix, simply solde the hole.. i don't know if you can gently heat the plastic and get it to seal🤔 Good luck!! Looking forward to seeing what you end up doing and if it works.

We tend to use an ultrasonic cleaner for carbs, not sure how expensive they are in your part of the world
