Hi Chad! That’s exciting! What’s bringing you to Fort Collins? I’m here to help with any of your housing needs. Feel free to give me a call at 970-281-7187.
Born there 1961, live in New Mexico now...Front Range too crowded...You might remember Rasta Connection Reggae Shop, across from AVO'S on S. MASON ST...that was my shop 1993 - 1995..still Love the Fort 😁
Oh wow! Fort Collins misses you. I (Jeremey) grew up in Los Alamos, NM. Please say to hello to the Land of Enchantment..and have some of that amazing green chili for us!
We live in Colorado for 33 years there is no way we are moving from this beautiful state.we were planning to move to fort Collings but we finally realized that we wanted to stay in our house in pueblo west co
I was wondering how as a high school student you just upped one day and decided to finish high school in Fort Collins. Your bio dad lived there which answered how you were able to do that. I was not a hsppy camper at my high school but had to finish there.
Yes, I was lucky enough to have parents who were open to me living in either place. I’m sorry to hear high school wasn’t an enjoyable experience for you.
Um yeah it would change my life too if I could buy a home at 1990s prices too lol. Its impossible for most people to move there without a really big income.
Yeah, depending on where someone is moving from, the cost of living can feel a bit overwhelming. Sometimes the best option is to buy in a surrounding community that isn't quite as expensive as Fort Collins' proper, at least to start with. We've found some creative ways to make it work for people who are eager to live here.
All of a sudden I’m getting all these Fort Collins real estate TH-camrs in my feed. These real estate people build up this city unrealistically. I’ve lived in Fort Collins 50 years and I think Fort Collins reached its peak about 20 years ago and is now going downhill. Rents and home prices are way high for what you get. Traffic is getting ridiculous. Crime is increasing. Schools have never been particularly good in Colorado compared to the rest of the country and Fort Collins is no exception to that. There aren’t enough doctors to go around. The future of water availability is a real concern. Air quality has gotten really bad, and to make it even worse, we now are dealing with wildfires every summer. There you go. An insider’s realistic take.
Thanks for your perspective. I'm not sure we would categorically disagree with anything you've shared here. It's certainly not utopia. We have additional videos on reasons Fort Collins is not a good fit for everyone. However, the city-wide consensus is very positive and most people are happy and grateful to live in such a great city. It's not beyond criticism, but there are countless reasons we're thankful to be here.
From what we can find online, Fort Collins has approximately 1.9% of the registered sexual predators in the state of Colorado (303 out of 16,286). We wouldn't say this is a definitive mark of the town. However, anywhere you go, do your research and be aware.

I moved to Fort Collins from a dying, dirty, dangerous, high-crime eastern rust-belt city and it changed my life too!
It really is a special place to be, isn’t it?! Thanks for sharing! Where did you move here from?
I am near Philadelphia, literally 4 months from now I'm moving there alone just me and my two cats lol nervous but excited!-Chad

Loving it here Amy. Only just expensive though.
I’m so glad you’re loving it here, Anthony! I agree the costs can be hard to stomach. Thanks for watching my channel! More to come.
Fort Collins is dope but getting too crowded and traffic can be crazy during certain times of the day
No doubt-it's a very popular destination and has experienced a lot of growth in recent years.

Yes-Colorado is wonderful. We're glad you get to call it home too!

Ohmygod Wisconsin girl I left Wisconsin a long time ago I never move back there again never
There’s no comparison in my opinion. Love my Wisconsin roots but definitely love being in Colorado way more!
Sounds like a more fun place than boring Benson, Arizona
You should definitely come check it out one of these days! There’s always something fun to do!
Did she say Paradise OK Phil
The pandemic and legalization of pot and psychedelics destroyed the culture of Ft Collins. Driving healthy people out.
Yeah yeah you colonizers killed the people of this continent and stole their land.
Hang out on the north side. It will def change your life. 😅
Haha-you must be referring to the Country Club ;)
Very pretty Lady😊
Thank you, sir.
Foco-loveland going downhill. Ever since covid.

Sounds fun! Let us know when you come into town next time :)
I was thinking about Fort Collins, unfortunately, there are a lot of registered sexual predators. Ladies please stay safe out there.
Cap! 🧢
More predators than any other colorado place?
