Great video - never thought of using it so many different ways.
I was born without fingers on my right hand so the shop should have given me a 50% discount.
But as it only cost $6 in Target Australia I guess I shouldn't worry too much.

I bought a pair of grippers shown in the video. IN MY OPINION, they are DANGEROUS!!! The retaining ring on both broke unexpectedly. That didn't seem to affect the weight adjustment, but then the the main spring broke on one while I was using them. I have one gripper left, and I use eye protection while using it. They are made of cheap material in a large country that is current challenging the United States for superiority on the High Seas.

I buy one that looks like that and that has a resistance ranging from 10-60. I wonder if its true. My palms are thin and my fingers are noticeably long. I set the bar in the middle and I was trying to hold it for 1 minute then the next day (which is now) I tried to hold it for two minutes. I barely made it, after that I squeezed it 100 times each hand just to not reset the counter over again because mine has a 2 digit counter at the bottom part. I was aiming to hold it for one minute on its max resistance (60kg if it's true) after a month. Now that I see that yours was only ranging from 10-40kg I think that mine was also like that and the label in it wasn't true. Is there anyone else here who have same hand gripper as mine (10-60kg) in resistance? I hope you understand me and that I make sense and sorry for my bad grammar.

that's opinionated. The one i got is 20 to 90 pounds. for beginners and especially teens 90 pounds is fine. Obviously as u get more experienced and stronger u might want to buy the steel ones.
