Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

1. Because there are already videos scheduled. I post K-Pop reaction videos on Monday and Wednesday only. This gives me an opportunity to share the other content i'm passionate about for this channel.
2. Releasing content like this allows me to keep the channel consistent and focus on other projects other than trying to keep a daily youtube schedule since I run two businesses. 3. Traditional studios and movies promote their content months in advance prior to the premiere to help build anticipation. The public already knows the date of when these movies are coming out. I know I'm no big-time studio, but why can't I take a similar approach to my content?

In an interview, Itzy said that all the members were supposed to do the knee drop, but that only the three in the front (Yuna, Yeji, and Ryujin) ended doing it because it was too painful for the other two members (Lia and Chaeryeong).

It looks better this way in my opinion. I've only heard Chae mention that she has weaker knees, but it would look a bit awkward if the other two were in the back squatting where you can't even see them.

@@hina4500 I can't find the interview again, but Chae was saying that the years of dancing have damaged her knees and that this particular move was hurting her.
And I totally agree that it looks great the way they have the formation 3-2. All of them doing the knee drop would not look as good IMO.

Agree with you that Itzy are INCREDIBLE performers. There's no weak point. They're just awesome to watch.

I guess during live performances they tend to have smaller movements because they're singing live. If they go all out, they might lose their breath and not be able to sing/rap to the fullest.

this^^
although this particular performance may or may not have been truly live for the vocals (it do be like that sometimes for showcase stages and the comeback stages), most of their other promotions are and you can tell that the member singing is reducing their dance output in order to maintain vocals. we love a group that actually sings live (no tea... well maybe a little)

12:48 it's easier to describe as lagging lol, bcoz the lyrics go "stop hesitating, time for operation" and they're pausing after every move describing hesitation. It's really short and fast so kinda hard to catch)
