This has eased my nerves so much and re-confirmed that anxiety is an actual condition that can affect us physically. I have very sore eyes; it almost feels as though they are constantly straining even though they have no need to be. I always get double vision on a morning when I first wake up as well which I always find slightly odd. I have also started developing little lumps in my eyelid which has only worsened since formally being diagnosed with anxiety so maybe this is also linked?

Thank you for posting! About 6 months ago I thought I had a brain tumor because I was so stressed and I got the weirdest headaches. I was googling brain tumor symptoms and I had every symptom except visual disturbances. THEN I got them.. increased floaters, weird lights in my vision (like a couple of small sparkles that lasted a split second) I noticed all of the background noise going on in my vision. I feel “off” most days. I want to believe it’s my anxiety but I can’t. Even after a CT scan came back fine and an ophthalmologist and optometrist said my eyes were fine. I also started getting like blurry text when reading sometimes. Like my vision isn’t focusing, so now I’m going to a neuro optometrist. But Friday I start going to see a therapist so hopefully it helps! But like you said it’s very scary when it’s with our vision. My headaches instantly stopped after the ct scan but I can’t shake the vision problems

I sometimes see floaters and I don't remember seeing them before I started worrying about my health, and I don't really know if they were there earlier. I do get blurry vision sometimes, too. But maybe my "vision problems" (they're not really problems) didn't progress because I had my eyes checked out. I was more worried about a potential melanoma because I have a freckle on my iris. I also have a weird-looking vein in the same eye. But of course it's nothing. 😀

I've been suffering with anxiety for almost a year now, health anxiety to he more specific
All started with an eyelid twitch in March 2020, 2 months in I began to feel twitches in my calfs and other parts of my body, last summer I was really bad, like actually crying my eyes out to my wife thinking I had some sort of disease (all because of googling my symptoms) I had various blood tests done and all came back clear and spoke to a neurologist twice who basically said they were just benign fasiculations and don't worry about them, even tho I knew they weren't anything sinister the anxiety didn't go away, the twitches seemed to get more frequent and I was absolutely obsessed with them,, last year was the worst year of my life...so far
Over the past few months I've had moments where I haven't felt the twitches as much, like they aren't 24/7 anymore (although they are still more frequent than they were before this all started) and although I'm not in the state I was last year (panic attacks ect) I am still in a mild state of anxiety because of all the trauma this caused me.
Unfortunately I still have the eyelid twitch everyday but I'm staying positive that one day it will stop, ive read loads of success stories online from people who have had eyelid twitches for a long period of time and it stopped so that helps me
Anyway, for the past 6 months or so I really feel like my vision is completely different, blurred and its like everything is surreal, mainly when I'm at work or in public, I know its anxiety, I feel like a different person to what u used to be before all this, its hard to explain, I just really hope that one day soon I will get through it all and get back to my old self again, the twitches don't bother me as much but the eyelid one keeps reminding me of why I ended up like this in the first place,, 12 months is such a long time to be constantly tormented by something, even tho its harmless its caused me alot of bother in my mind if you get me,, I wish I could go back to when it started and react differently to it, no googling anything getting myself in this horrible cycle I'm in at the moment.
I first began watching your videos last year when I was at my worst,, I appreciate you and your stories ❤ they've gotten me through some tough moments, once I feel like I'm 100,% myself again I will look back and nod my head to you and all the others who are helping people with anxiety symptoms
    Thanks for your time

Same here, all started May 2020 with a finger twitch and then it started going from there all over my body, at my worst I was experiencing internal vibrations in my lower back, numbness l, weakness etc and as of recently I’ve been experiencing vision problems. Went to the doctor who did all types of blood tests that came back fine and then went to a neurologist who performed a physical exam and told me I’m experiencing the same as you, anxiety and BFS. I haven’t had any MRI’s or anything since the doctor doesn’t recommend it but I understand your struggle. Google is the worst.

@@jonathanc.1991 we need to just keep as calm as we can mate and try our best not to focus on them, I know its hard because I'm in the same boat, anxiety and symptoms can take a long while to settle even once we've stopped feeling anxious, we are super aware of every twitch now and need to re programme our mind into not focusing on them as much,, I believe they will subside and go away...just let it run it's course

Once we went down that road we've become our worst enemies, ive read enough positive stories from people who have had these twitches and theyve got rid of them so I know its not a life sentence, i spent a lot of time on forums and websites and although most of it is negative I realised that 99% of people who overcome this are not going to run to a forum to spread their success, its mostly full of people who are anxious and worried like us

He has since sent me loads of videos of his doing the same but he doesn't feel them cos he doesn't ever think about them, that proves we are hyper sensitive and hyper aware.

I had depression and still haven't recovered from serious anxiety. I've seen a doctor, a therapist, my school psychology teacher and neither of them have heard eye problems. I have double vision+difficulty focusing(blurred vision with eyes relaxed)+foggy feeling about every thing around. I am stuck in this and it really makes me afraid of going to school.

One of my pupils is a little bigger than the other one but when I go outside, they're size is equal. Idk why this is happening, i am very scared cuz I read on Internet that it may probably be some brain illness or nerve problem but I've never done anything to my brain or eyes. I have health anxiety and panic attacks. I am going tomorrow to get an RMI scan to see if nothing is wrong with my brain. I am so scared
