omgggggggg. It’s comforting to see others who have this exact issue. I feared having an std so bad that I developed real symptoms that went on and on and on as I went from doctor to doctor. The entire area is a trigger now. If something happens in the area I go down a rabbit hole, my skin gets dry and hyper sensitive. I get rashes. It’s insane.

as someone who is going through this , it’s not a joke. Other people; friends, family, coworkers , cannot understand what it’s like. It’s like being afraid of your own body- all of the time… I think what did it fire me was realizing and making peace with death. And deciding that I couldn’t live like this anymore. We can overcome it. Prayer, meditation, exercise, therapy, medication (sometimes) helps a lot… there is a way. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep going, one day at a time . God will get us in through it 🙏

    I experience;
    - a dizzy swaying feeling (like I’m on a boat)

    - I used to get 24/7 tension headaches (they NEVER went away)

I never realised how physical anxiety could actually be until i started going through severe stress in September to now, constant symptoms even when i don’t think im feeling anxiety. Constant worry of having something more serious, going to doctors every few weeks for all their tests to be fine. Started CBT a few weeks ago to try manage my anxiety. So fed up with this. Constant stress, tingling in body, body aches, fatigue etc. Anxiety is the worst and managing it is even harder. Sending love to everyone in the comments experiencing this.

    - my whole body feeling wired and buzzing, like I have adrenaline going through me but not shaking.
    - muscle tension (neck and shoulders)
    - feeling like I can’t catch a breathe.
    - mild chest pain that landed me in A&E and having an ECG which started my heart anxiety 😢
    - tingling in hands and arms which I start to panic about thinkings it’s my heart.
    - weird dreams/night terrors
    - feeling like I want to cry every second of the day.

You've definitely been through it, Sister! I'm male, 33, live in Germany. Last Year was living Hell. I'm much better now, still not back to where i'd like to be but i'm getting by. You mentioned a lot of Symptoms that never registered with me as Anxiety Symptoms. We have the Tendency to assume first that were are physically sick. Nobody immediately assumes that it's their Mental Health, probably because of the Stigma but also the Severity of the Symptoms. Assuring People that what they are going through is really important. All my Healthcare Providers did was asking Questions. Nobody ever sat me down and said "Relax Dude, what you are experiencing is totally normal and expected.". My worst Symptoms are probably during Nocturnal Panic Attacks. Racing Heart, Shivering, Burning Sensation inside the Body and this unbelievable Sense of Dread and Fear. Combine that with the Confusion of having just woken up out of nowwhere, with no Memory of a Nightmare or any Event. It's a perfect Recipe for a REALLY fun Time, LOL. 😄 Take care, Soldier. We're fighting the same War!

This video and comments make me feel so seen. I have been suffering from health anxiety for three years now with no end in sight, particularly carcinophobia (fear of cancer). Ever since I suffered a bad gastrointestinal infection that took me over a year to recover from, I’ve been convinced that I have it in the bowel, breast, back, brain, and now am convinced I have lymphoma. For my bowel it was found to be ibs, my breast to be muscle sprain, my back to be sciatica, my brain to be migraine with sinus infection, but I haven’t had my neck checked out yet for what I am fully convinced is lymphoma. It is just on the left side beneath my chin/jaw area and aches and stings almost all the time, even when I’m not thinking about it. When I feel it, I feel like I can feel a lump or swelling, then I suddenly get lightheaded and feel like I am going to faint because of how anxious I am. It terrifies me, I can feel it when I eat and yawn and move and the muscles are all seized up on the left side of my neck and it is driving me crazy. I want to call the doctor, but I feel like they have become completely annoyed with me for how many times I call thinking I’m dying when really it’s nothing serious. And like you say in the video, I’m just thinking how could anxiety cause such extreme, specific symptoms. I’m still fully convinced it’s worst case scenario, but I feel less alone thanks to this video. I’ve had a lot of hand twitching lately and diarrhoea too, which I’m more easily convinced is related to stress, but the neck thing is putting my health anxiety on a whole new level. Sorry for the long rant, I just don’t see myself getting out of this alive and am so terrified for my future because I’m so desperate to live and the fear of that chance at life being taken away by cancer paralyses me every day.

About 3 years ago I went to the ER because of left side face numbness and rapid heart rate and high blood pressure - I was there for 5 or 6 hours with them trying to bring my blood pressure down and it just wouldn't go down. All of the tests and scans were normal including blood work, so they sent me off to see an endocrine specialist a week later. I went into the appointment in a state that I now recognize as derealization, and crazy high anxiety. They took a urine sample because they wanted to measure some hormone levels, and the next day they called me telling me that the stress hormones in my system were so high that I absolutely had an adrenal gland tumor. I freaked out obviously, and spent the next 3 weeks doing scans and repeat tests to confirm/locate it - turns out there was no tumor, my anxiety was so high and I was under so much stress that I had stress hormones in my system that the specialist thought were unmistakeable. A few months later I got into therapy and started medication and since then I've been pretty much back to normal (with the occasional setback obviously, recovery isn't linear)

The stress gave me pelvic floor dysfunction which brought a whole host of symptoms, rectal pain, frequent urination, constipation. I was in a hamster wheel of worry , Dr visits, and health anxiety because of it. I developed toilet anxiety because of it as I started fearing bowel movements and peeing because of the discomfort. I didn’t think stress could cause that but it certainly did.

The most terrifying anxiety symptom I experienced was when I felt like my feet were not touching the ground as I walked- instead it felt like my feet were going through the ground and beneath it. It was like I was no longer connected to the Earth properly. Also, I would feel like I was not really here, but far away in some parallel/alternate universe. It was so terrifying that everyone around me was laughing, joking, carrying on as normal while I was barely holding onto reality. Words can’t really express how frightening it was.

    Storytime:
I got covid in March this year which paired up with preparing for university entrance exams and high school finals made my stress level increase like never before. A few days after i recovered I got a huge panic attack that felt like i was having a heart attack, I had pain and numbness in my left arm, chest pain, my heartbeat was irregular, I was trembling etc.We rushed to the ER, I was sent to the hospital afterwards to be told all my tests including ECG turned out fine. Days after I started having extremely weird and intense symptoms that never went away, I was constantly seeking reassurance from doctors and my family, especially my mom. I used to call/text her from school because I was so anxious and needed to hear her say that I'm gonna be okay because nothing is physically wrong with me. I would crawl in my parent's bed crying, scared of something being wrong with me. The cycle of googling all my symptoms, freaking out, making them worse and thinking I was dying everyday was so exhausting. I went through cardiophobia, fear of having a brain tumour and fear of vision loss. These were my 3 biggest fears but apart from those Ive diagnosed myself with so many other health conditions. Some of my scariest symptoms were something id call a "head rush", it felt like a weird sinking sensation in my head, or like I blacked out for a millisecond, then the feeling of losing consciousness when falling asleep that was also mentioned in the video, it was like my body didn't want to allow me to fall asleep because I needed to be on alert all the time, then also feeling like my brain would shut down and I'd die, pains all over my body... It was definitely one of the hardest times of my life. When my health anxiety was at its worst, comments like these used to calm me down and made me believe that it's not something physical a little more, so I hope I can do the same for someone else. If you're going through this you're not alone and you WILL get better. It really is unbelievable what stress and anxiety can do to our bodies and it took me a while to really accept that the symptoms have roots in my mental state. The things that helped me the most in getting better were keeping myself busy and watching youtubers that i could relate to. Wishing for everyone to get better. ❤️

I’m so grateful for all your help and time. Because I need help. I have suffered from anxiety pretty much all my life. Especially health anxiety. I have several bumps underneath my skin. And then I was like it has to be cancer. Which thankfully it isn’t. It’s like every time I get over one issue. In my mind I create another one. Like now it is mucus in my throat and my body gets tight. And then I start to panic. I have gotten over anxiety but it always finds a way to come back. This go round is worse than before. Because I’m having so many issues-the mucus is stuck in my throat-my hands are so tight-chest pain- headaches. It is so hard I just can’t get these thoughts out of my mind. And I know how hard it is to overcome but with god you can accomplish anything and plus with your help and videos. And there’s so many others that help on you tube. And I’m grateful 😇. Please pray for everyone that suffers from anxiety because all we want is to feel normal. I’m going to feel normal I want my life back.

Omg I'm so thankful to have found your channel... just going to vent lol - I'm 25 and have never ever cared about my health, smoked ciggies, smoked some ouid the last 2 years, neglected my health and went through great stress. I suffer from bad neck pain from my posture, and 2 months ago I spiralled into thoughts about my neck pain constantly thinking I was going to have a stroke, felt numbness in my right hand until one night I had heart palpitations, my heart rate was at 150 for 2 hours... it happened twice within 2 days and called an ambulance (I stopped smoking immediately after this) but since then, every day I have felt like I was dying, hair loss through the roof, I look unwell, feel unwell, chronic fatigue, neck pain, migraines, numbness, googling every symptom, had a lot of checks done (not MRI) but it's taking over my life. I feel confused, fatigued, convincing myself there is something wrong. I'm in the thick of it but really wanting to go back to feeling normal, myself... your videos have helped greatly, thank you and wish you all the best with your health mental and physical ❤

I felt like I had cancer tbh. I was unable to stop my body from having panic and anxiety attacks because my mind was so scared of having another one that they became constant. I can relate all to well. It got to the point where I was hoping my life would end. I always felt ill. Constantly on the toilet 🚽 and nothing coming out. Lightheadedness, all of the time except for when I was under the influence of alcohol. Exhausted, foggy brain, made it hard to focus. Felt as if I was going to faint at any second.

Firstly , thank you so much for your videos. It’s such a relief to know that I’m not alone. Your videos have been so reassuring.
You asked for the most extreme symptoms to date. Probably ‘the noise’. Tinnitus has haunted me for over a year now. It never ceases. Stress does seem to be the volume controller to it.
Globus (lump in throat sensation) was an interesting couple of months.
Alopecia was an another one… especially on my wedding day with bald patches everywhere.
Not long ago I had a real melanoma (fortunately in situ) removed which almost seemed to justify my anxieties. That wasn’t helpful and has currently made me overly watchful of a rather large Lymph node on my armpit.
    Hoping it stays bean sized.
    It’s endless….

I never knew anxiety could manifest all of these different kinds of symptoms and finding your channel and videos has been such a life saver for me, truly. I have/had numbness and tingling in my toes, my finger tips and face (I thought I had MS - I don't), crawling sensations on my head, pressure on my temple but from the outside like someone was placing their fingers on my temple just on the left side, twitching of the left eye, nose, my lip, my right thumb and left fingers, my toes, jerking movements of my left hand to where I thought I had ALS (I don't). I would also wake up out of a dead sleep with a light gasp as well as waking up with a racing heart like I was just running on a treadmill, feeling like I have to use the bathroom, hot flashes, chills sometimes followed with chattering teeth, vertigo, light headedness, tunnel vision at times, feeling of impending doom, ringing in ears and one time I saw a shadow that sent me into a full blown panic attack. I've had health anxiety since I had my daughter 8 years ago but I didn't know "health anxiety" was a thing until today. And you're so right, it really does help seeing/hearing other people share their journey and symptoms too because it makes you feel less anxious and less alone. I thought this was all Endometriosis (the only thing I know I actually DO have) related somehow and I was getting stumped and no where on answers until I saw your videos about anxiety and health anxiety. This has helped in more ways than you know. Thank you for your vulnerability, your story, encouragement and hope.

Ahhh! This. I needed this. I'm 15 years old, I have a long backstory (ever since I was just a little kid) of the worst health anxiety. When I was young, it started out as a fear of throwing up. It quickly became body symptoms I would focus on. Lately it's just become straight up hypochondria. As a kid I had severe panic attacks every single day, I would have horrible insomnia and not sleep for days. Surprisingly, this was all a result of chronic PTSD I still struggle with. Now, in my teen years, I get stressed, I have a panic attack or a dissociation episode, and my body exhibits symptoms.
    Here's mine:
-I would get "stress flu" so basically at the beginning of this year where I had the most stress, I got a "stomach bug like thing, the night before i had a huge panic attack and I could already feel my body fighting off something. I went to bed and I could feel all that nasty cortisol circulating. I woke up the next day and had all classic symptoms of the stomach flu. I nearly vomited, I had diarreah, etc. I recovered quickly, but then the next month, I had some mild neck tension, and I had a health anxiety panic over that. After all of that adrenaline my neck tension got worse and when I woke up the next day I had body aches all over. I ran a fever (mild, 100.7 F) and the whole thing turned into a cold virus my body was trying to fight off prior to me becoming stressed. Not to mention, I had night sweats, that really sparked my health anxiety and I was over here worrying about a lymphoma/lukemia cancer. I became stressed again because I felt my lymph nodes, I started crying, and litterally the next morning I woke up with pink eye.
    -Chronic Stomach issues
-Tingling in my hands- sometimes it will go on for a very long time
-Neck tension: this typically goes hand in hand with the tingling, I'll get neck tension and it causes tingling in extremities
    -Heart palpitations
    -Dizziness
    -Hot flashes
-Brain fog (I had this symptom a lot more after having Covid-19, it's gotten better but still lingers around a bit, gets worse with my anxiety)
There's honestly so much more, but I wrote this comment so maybe other people won't feel so alone. I Know I may get stigmatized because I'm "only" 15, but my experiences are very real and deserve to be shared. This was a long comment, I'm aware, but thanks for reading if you did ^ ^ this video was very helpful.

this is crazy because i’m 16 and my anxiety started out the exact same as yours. it started out when i was little o would get bloated or gassy because i was allergic to gluten so i would get really nervous that i was gonna throw up but never did. i was diagnosed with celiac when i was 7 (can’t eat gluten) from there until 3rd grade until now i’ve had panic attacks in class and my only fear would be throwing up even if i didn’t feel ill. it’s been like that ever since but has gotten a lot better. just this summer i really became a hypochondriac because i thought i had lymphoma from a weird thing on my groin. as soon i looked up all the symptoms i started panicking woke up the next day all of a sudden i was having all the symptoms of it. my body was in complete survival mode. i was extremely fatigued, anxious, had insomnia, fast heart rate and much more. this all last for a week straight then i started recovering. throughout that week i went to the doctor many times and got blood work everything came back negative. started feeling better a few days later. a week and a half later i started with a light headache turned into a migraine with vertigo. as soon as this started i thought i had a brain tumor. i had constant headaches and vertigo for over a week nonstop with no explanation and no medicine was helping it. went to the doctor they said nothing was wrong. i ended up going to the er 4 times throughout that week and i finally got a ct scan. nothing wrong. then i went to a neurologist by this time my symptoms were gone. he did a few tests and suggested an mri. i got it and everything was fine. it’s 3 weeks after that and now i’ve been getting really anxious for no reason and kind of feeling fatigued again. i really don’t know how to stop this

Have a huge fear of thrombosis at the moment because some veins appeared on my legs. I went to the doctors and he told me it’s these are tiny varicose veins and they’re not dangerous at all. Then I got my blood checked and my hematocrits are slightly too high and that I should drink more. And these two things combined made my health anxiety going through the roof. I constantly think my high hematocrits come from whatever illness (though all my other blood levels are alright and they literally told me that I should just drink more than usual when it’s hot outside) and that because my blood is slightly too thick it will give me a blood clot if I don’t already have one. And now to the symptoms I have from being stressed out all the time: I have the feeling I can literally feel the veins that a popping out and that my legs is swollen (it isn’t and never was; and this is really interesting because you can literally get pain in the area you worry about most I have no idea how it works but it’s always like that) itchy skin, trouble breathing with feeling like there’s a heavy weight on my chest, dizziness, little hits of pain like literally everywhere, upset stomach, stomach ache in general. I did so well for so long with my health anxiety but right now it’s crazy. I hope when we all read eachothers comments we‘ll feel less alone 🙏🏻🤍

Next is definitely DP/DR and this horrible feeling of being trapped in this world were nothing makes sense. So a big thank you for what you do.
My problem is I went to see an osteopath who manipulated my neck and made it much worse,
I then went for an MRI on the neck, which showed a bulging disc slightly pushing the spinal cord,
I then developed off balance feelings, shudderings etc, and was convinced it was because of the disc.
Went to see a ENT just to check my ears. He said it was meniers, so went and saw another ENT and he said BBPV, so this did not help.
Then went to see a spine surgeon, and he was not bothered at all by the disc, and my symptoms slowly started to calm down after that.
But lately have flared up again for some reason.
But watching these videos has been a god send ! and I hope somebody out there is helping you when you need it, just as much as you have helped others.

Have also now started getting migraines with auras. They are worse than the Glaucoma. Have been like this for 3 years . Now my BP has gone high . I am sure that's with constant anxiety.. I just cannot relax. Every day Ifeel like there's something else wrong. So many medications I can't take because of glaucoma. feel really down , and miserable.

During the pandemic I developed chronic stress (not due to Covid) and started experiencing asthma, body inflammation, and chest pain. Occasionally I will have trouble getting to sleep, but that’s mainly because my mind has a low tolerance for stress now. It’s much more manageable than it used to be, but can still be annoying.

I have blurred vision floaters extreme light sensitivity to the point I can't read on a screen properly and everything seems strange to look at like I can't focus and everything is fuzzy and in shadow and I get extreme dry eyes and I get alot of wet sleep that makes it hard to see when I blink it in. Thank you so much. I came across your video researching why is my chest feel tight and why is my right arm is going numb, Because I went to the doctor and they said everything is on with me. Then I started to get these weird headaches I’m like what’s going on with me. Then I felt like my inside has so much inflammation inside of it. But remember the doctor did blood work ct scans and X-rays and nothing shows up. Then when I started hearing you speak about your symptoms I’m like me to me to. So I no deep down in my heart that what I’m going through is 100% anxiety. A lot of people don’t take me seriously because I look a certain way. But the symptoms I feel are real and I want so bae to get over them especially the numbness in my arm and face. Thank you for sharing

Omg this is so relatable. I also have experienced chronic itchiness that turns to hives (luckily has gotten a bit better) random skin problems, blood patches under skin occasionally, stiff neck, widespread pain that feels like bone and muscle pain, shortness of breath, itchy throat, eye pain, peeing a lot, twitching, waking up gasping for air, even mental delusions where I will think something means something else… I also have a lump on the inside of my throat and feel like I can feel a bone sticking out of the left back part of my neck.. which very well could be normal anatomy but sometimes I convinced myself it’s not :(
All my symptoms are so inconsistent that i really do think they’re mostly caused from anxiety! I’m currently getting over my fear of the doctor and getting one thing looked at, at a time 🥵

Oh my actual God, I cannot believe this, I've had / been having most of what you describe and I still cannot believe it could only be due to anxiety, nose bleeds, shortness of breath, dizziness, internal shakiness, feeling on the edge, insomnia (with the things you mentioned like gasping for air feeling like I am losing control when going to sleep).
And the kicker is that I also have MS (actually diagnosed 4 years ago) and a sinusitis with otitis which made me question if some of the symptoms are due to anxiety or an MS relapse or the inner year/sinuses, thankfully I will be seeing an ENT tomorrow and having an MRI on Tuesday.
But yeah, it's been crazy when you don't know what to believe anymore.

Headaches - everyday sometimes burning in the head and brain zaps
Insomnia - horrible dreams or that my body is coming out of itself
Dizzy all the time almost like I’m going to faint but I never do.
Muscle weakness and pain - legs and arm tingle and go weak almost like the body has gone to sleep it’s so scary!!

Thank you so much for your videos Cherelle it has helped me so much through my 7-month journey of severe health anxiety. Has anyone else out there had symptoms nonstop for months on end? I have had neurological symptoms for 7 months now, every single day, which makes me feel so alone. I know anxiety can cause crazy symptoms, but having constant symptoms for so long makes me feel like it has to be more, yet all my tests and doctors tell me it's anxiety and nothing serious. I would love to hear from anyone else who may have had long-term symptoms or is going through the same thing? I have had burning skin sensations, cold feeling on skin, paresthesia, eye pain/aches, joint pain, twitching, tremors, lump in the throat, pains in temple and jaw, numbness across face, crawling sensations, sternum bone pain, eye twitches, painful scalp, pain in the lower abdomen and aching big toes. I have been down the MS and ALS rabbit holes, which was hell. My mum died a few years ago, and now I fear that trauma has caused me to have a disease.

I had a really bad legal scare about 2 months ago (I thought I was going to prison for embezzlement).
That caused severe panic and worry. I lost my appetite, and got depressed.
After a month of serious worry, the charges were dropped.
Everything seemed right in the world, until it wasnt...
Ever since then, I've been experiencing levels of anxiety I never knew could be reached. I was super healthy the day before the detective called me and told me I'm being investigated. I was eating great, and enjoying life.
Ever since I got that phone call, something hasn't been right. Now that the investigation is closed, I for some reason am constantly concerned for my health. I don't have any illnesses that run in the family and I'm otherwise healthy. Since the detective called off the case, I've convinced myself I may have: testicular cancer, stomach cancer, and various other illnesses. Now, I'm constantly fixated on a brain tumor. Within this past few months, I have developed eye floaters, and I feel like my vision isn't as crisp as it use to be.
I've been getting slightly more headaches than usual.
I lost 50 pounds since January (on purpose) and now I can feel the sutures in my skull (that scared me to death). I get married in like 5 days, and I have my first child due in September. I'm 26, and I want to be here for the long haul for my family. I don't know why all this is happening. It's very terrifying.
I am on Lexapro now (it's been about a month) and my days have been a little better, but I'm still fixated on my vision.
I went to the optometrist about a month ago, and she said my eyes looked good. I just don't know anymore.

I’m 40 and, health anxiety since 15, but the last 10 years in control, only triggers when I’ve got a new symptom over time.
The last 4 years have been a hell for me, both private and work, when it comes to stress.
The last 3 months I’ve been hyper stimulated in my nervous system, alarms goes of all the time, I’m in fight or flight, can’t eat or almost sleep. It started with a strange sensation in my left foot, numb, vibration, feels like something was wrong with the nerve. It didn’t go away and my stress to the top of the roof. Then more symptoms on the left side, numbness left arm, tingling and vibrations in my fingers. After I got MRI date it has escalated even more. Feels like a electric storm in the foot, and sometimes burning pains both foot and hand. I’ve convinced my self that this have to be MS for months, for me it’s the scariest one. If stress can do this to my body, so concrete body parts, I will be totally shocked, but also so glad I will cry for days. Then I think I must starts videos like you Cherelle. Been numb the hole foot the last days, burning pain now and then, strange neveological symptoms, and the worst, electricity under my foot and in toes. Like volt in the foot. It’s only this foot and that concret symptom. This can’t be anxiety, 100%? I’m in a very stressful situation but electricity in on foot, and needles and burning pain. Seems to have no logic between the anxiety. It’s worse after walk on the foot, and end of day, even when I’m calm. So thankful if you will replay. What I think is really difficult with HA is when continues to find the reasons for this or let I be

I started my journey with anxiety 10 months ago... It began when I discovered a small ball on my boob and I immediately thought it was cancer...even when it wasn't anything dangerous, my body couldn't just go back to normal life... At the beginning I had palpitations, dizziness, my body was hurting everywhere but specially near my chest...when going to bed, I was to scary to fall asleep because I was convinced that I would die or worse, wake up and not be able to move so I used to cry, shake and sweat until falling asleep.... Now, after 7 months of psychological therapy I can tell you I'm way better, mentally I don't feel that anxious anymore and physically the symptoms that persist are numbness in arms and legs, muscle contractions and a lot of muscle pain, especially in the calves, also tiredness... It's difficult because feeling these makes me believe (again) there is something else happening with me, even though I know it's everything all right.
Still, I'm proud of myself because even though this has been horrible, I have tried to continue with my life and I never stopped doing what makes me good, I think that has helped me a lot to feel better relatively soon :) hope you all know that we're going to be fine, we are stronger than this

My health anxiety started in my second pregnancy. It all started around midway through my pregnancy when i got a chest infection, my chest was soo sore i was scared i'd stop breathing. I went to the doctors and was referred straight to A&E as they were concerned. I was put on antibiotics and a few days later had what i now know to be my first panic attacks... it was horrible my hands went numb and i felt like something awful was about to happen so i went to A&E and was told all was ok. But that then sparked more stress & Anxiety. I didnt realise back then that antibitoics can cause anxiety as a side effect.
A few weeks later I started getting really bad headaches, visual issues and dizziness, so i went to my doctors. I was referred straight to the maternity hospital as they were concerned about my pulse being 120 and high blood pressure. I had to stay in hospital overnight, them trying to workout what was wrong.
Then I kept getting ill and everytime would get what i now know were panic attacks and end up in A&E everytime.
I had a heart ultrasound, 24/hr tape etc.... due to my pulse being high & blood pressure being up & down.
At 39 weeks pregnant i caught Covid for the first time and my pulse rocketted to 130 resting. So I was kept in hospital for tests for blood clots & pumped with blood thinners and blood pressure tablets. A CT scan showed no blood clots.
Then i went to my 40 week scan and was told my baby was 9lb 8oz, so id need to be induced asap & there were loads of risks as she was a big baby. I cried for days not knowing whether to have a C section or not, terrified something would happen to me or her during birth... plus the fact my pulse continued to be 120 resting so i was terrified id have a heart attack and die in labour.
Luckily my labour went fine and she was 8lb 12 not over 9lbs.
A few days later, i then had what I now know was a panic attack. I went to A&E was told my inflammation marker was high so was given strong antibiotics as they were concerned i had an infection. The antibiotics caused me horrific stomach pains so i ended up back and forth to A&E.
Then over the following weaks I had dizzines, jaw pain, headaches, visual issues, felt so nauseous that i didnt eat and lost 40lbs.
Then i started to feel a bit better, read some anxiety books and realised i had been having panic attacks, however the panic attacks continued and I became scared of being home alone due to how bad they felt.
About 4 months PP, I went massively downhill mentally. I had an extreme fixation on my breathing, would get extreme migraines & aura after going for walks, i had extreme insomnia, depersonalisation & derealisation. Then I asked for a blood test and found out I had iron deficiency anaemia & realised I was only just above amaemia most of my pregnancy so that was likely the cause on my palpatations & high pulse. These have improved since being on iron tablets.
Bur currentlu going through so many weird and wonderful symptoms...the scariest being throat symptoms.... like feeling lump in my throat on one side, feeling like food get stuck, hyperaware of my throat & mouth, breathlessness, lots of thoughts around not breathing.
I find it sooo hard not to google or seek reassurance. However ive stopped the A&E visits and only visit the doctor if i feel i need to and i am having CBT. But it is sooo hard when ur body throws sooo many different symptoms at u. I know that I am extremely stressed at the moment. I think the hardest thing i find is not only having the symptoms but the hyperawareness off them and now pain feels 10x worse than it would normally.

Being fixated on convincing yourself something is wrong and I won't feel any justice until I see the doctor or get scanned. Have had a lymph node swollen on my neck for two years that hasn't changed. Constant revolving anxiety moving from one thing to another

Look up teeth grinding ( bruxism) , it's caused by stress my wife has these symptoms right now , her pain is felt more in her jaw when she eats that puts pressure on her temples and allows tension she doesn't get headaches but feels like pressure on either one side or both depends and also she has cracks on her teeth can only be seen with flashligh ,her gums are residing up and her teeth show more ,her teeth are sensitive to cold water which triggers the tension feeling in her head even more ,pain killers don't relieve the pain as well because it's not a headache but tension from joints in the jaw etc from the teeth grinding

That crazy night symptoms you mentioned, also would wake up with like a zap in my brain feeling abd scared to fall asleep because of it , numbness and tingling, tunnel vision and fuzzy brain feelings, nausea for no reason, and heart feelings, orthostatic intolerance (standing up would always feel faint), shortness of breath, driving anxiety, just feeling poisoned and like my entire brain and body is shutting down, depersinalization like I'm in a movie not in real life, internal shakes, feelings of doom, very high and very low blood pressure, hot flashes , chills, left sided eye pains and migraines, light and sound intolerance, etc.
