Definitely make more of these Ed. It’s so important to have instructional content that works for those of us without a racquet sport background. This vid was amazing!
These guys are the real deal. Not all great players are great teachers, but these two are excellent at both. Thank you for sharing their invaluable lessons, Ed. Please make more!
Tremendous methodology by Marcel and Phuc. Marcel's ability to observe flaws in technique is off the charts. Then he articulates the new technique perfectly. Extremely impressive.
Have never watched a full 36 minute instructional video on Pickleball, but this one was well worth it - great content, and can’t wait to incorporate it into my already decent twoie to make it even better!
found you on tik tok, followed you to youtube. you have really excellent content. it's not filled with a bunch of youtube bs and editing. it's straightforward, to the point, and above all else - without ego. the fact that you show your self being taught by these more advanced players, and are so completely open, reflective, and respectful of their teaching is actually really wild to see. and because you do that, i learn more. so thank you! i can't wait to see more. cheers!
These guys have the clearest and easily consumable instructions. Would definitely watch more of this type of content. Amazing stuff guys, loving it, Ed!
Absolutely, positively the best teacher-student model of all time. Two informative pros who go deep with insightful and clever ways to relax Ed. The results are extremely KISS . ( keep it simple stupid) . All the tips led to a solid backhand and for Ed just let it go , fly Eagles fly. Enjoy your improvements.
Ed this is absolutely one of your best videos yet! Perfect timing, I’m trying to incorporate a two handed backhand in my game. I had a two-handed in tennis, and his breakdown on how the tennis backhand and how the pickleball backhand is different REALLY is helpful! How fricking cool is that to see Tyson Mcgufffin casually stroll by was so much fun to watch😁can’t wait for your next video!
This is better than I paid for my Two-handed backhand lesson . Great coaches! ( ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS)! Thank you for sharing! I wish I could take a lesson from you . I’m in Calgary Canada.
I was about to turn this off and count it as a waste of time, but it all literally came together at the end with the catch and toss drill. That motion seems necessary to coordinate the body to throw the paddle instead of the arms, very cool. Way to go guys, you figured it out!
Please keep doing more videos like this! All three of you are awesome, and together you've provided us an invaluable lesson. I was mimicing after you all in my office throughout the video, feeling like I was taking a lesson with you. Thank you.
Love the content Ed! I really appreciate that you make Reddit posts for each of these instructional videos. It helps to unpack it when it's dense so that it's more concise while still being comprehensive.
I just started playing pickleball and just by watching this, I feel like I've learned a lot since I only played Tennis for about a year and badminton for many years. I need to discard a lot of the knowledge of badminton and reapply the backhand drives. I usually do 1-handed drive but seeing this makes me realize that 2-handed drives might just be the answer to consistency. I can't wait to try it out on court tomorrow. Appreciate the video, subscribed!
At 24:00+ you continually tell (and show) Ed "paddle down", and every time he moves the paddle back up. Ed, paddle down. And thanks for bring us this great lesson.
This is such an awesome video. It's difficult be a great player and great teacher as well. I wish we had good players like this in my area, and Ed Ju getting these valuable lessons from top players makes me a bit jealous, heh.
I was just drilling my 2hb the other day with my friend who was teaching me some form things. This is great timing and will definitely try to incorporate these lessons
Wow! Excellent breakdown of the tuey bh. This lesson is going in my PB library, thanks guys. Top notch teaching skills and Ed is a quick study. That new BH alone will get Ed to 4.75 soon.
Honestly this is the best backhand coaching I have ever seen in any racquet sport. Incredible. I want to hire these guys. Let me know when any of you are in dallas
They say those that can do and those that can't teach...... This was a wonderful training session, it's amazing how articulate their ability was to recognize the slight differences in posture and pace and angle. The fact that they're also excellent players is a testament to their Joy in advancing this sport. I hope any coaching that I get in the future is with someone like this. Thanks for all the great videos.
Wow. I might have learned a thing or two from this video. It's hard to learn when you're not actually the one being coached, but just watching the video, I might have picked up some good pointers. Will definitely watch this video again to go back to the techniques that were taught. I will share this too. Thank you for this video.
Kinda crazy how small 10 mins videos like this and the one I watched yesterday makes my play so much better. I learned the punch shot at the kitchen yesterday on TH-cam and in game was using it and now feel like a completely different player.
Right there with you on that! I get so much from all these videos being produced. Just need time on the court to practice. Usually I just get into the games and there's no practicing or drilling which is what I'm craving
Omg ❤these guys, thank you for this brilliant coaching video, please come to Wales and coach us ..lol..no we'd rather come to you, with the sun and amazing Courts..❤
I liked the emphasis of pushing the ball as SO many newer players suffer from popping the ball up resulting in nasty putaways. Well done video and gets into the finer details of shot construction.
Thank you everyone for the support 🙏 Let us know if we should make more videos like this :)
Definitely make more of these Ed. It’s so important to have instructional content that works for those of us without a racquet sport background. This vid was amazing!
@@LegomyLegoAustralia we really appreciate the kind comment! We will try our best to recreate similar type of videos like these
I would absolutely buy an instructional video series from these guys.
Definitely! So good!!
really loved the simplistic approach now I'm much less ass at pickleball thank you
These guys are great coaches
Tactical coaching with such a calming delivery.
Really smart guys. So very clear explanations. “What’s the feeling?”
Greatest stuff…simple explanations not overly verbose
Marcel is so patient and articulate, and breaks down ideas to small pieces. This man was born to teach.
For real. Him breaking it down and speaking slowly is an insane skill that’s transferable to any teaching. I wish I was his student
Marcel is a natural-born teacher. As soon as I saw how he breaks down the stroke, I knew it would be an invaluable instruction video.
These guys are the real deal. Not all great players are great teachers, but these two are excellent at both. Thank you for sharing their invaluable lessons, Ed. Please make more!
yeah! I want to see a similar lesson on the forehand. And forehand dinking. :)
This is the BEST instructional pickleball video I have seen and as good as any instructional video ever.
Normally I wouldn’t look twice at a 36 minute video , but I actually watched this whole video , it was awesome and helpful!
I love how everything marcel says sounds like he’s setting up a magic trick 🎩

The Best two-handed backhand Video to date!!

Wow!! Not one! But two excellent coaches!! And it's free to us here? Wow!!
These coaches are AWESOME!

yes, Tyson Mcguffin strolling by was a super highlight! That was so coolio! Where are these courts located?
Thank you so much for the coaching session. Now I know where to start practicing. Please keep doing this type of video. ❤❤

Such a great video. Best coaching on the two handed I have ever seen.
Best backhand lesson I have seen on YT! Great teachers
Holy crap. So good. Great coaching!
Ed... in case you missed it.... "Paddle down". 😂
Please keep doing more videos like this! All three of you are awesome, and together you've provided us an invaluable lesson. I was mimicing after you all in my office throughout the video, feeling like I was taking a lesson with you. Thank you.
This was perfect timing for this video for me. I tend to hit my two handed shots out of bounds, so this makes so much sense! Thank you for the tips!
Ed, I found this video super helpful. I'm looking forward to the forehand version. Great work!
This is one of the best two hand backhand training sessions online! Great job!
Aloha! Thanks for a great teaching video. I've never seen the two-handed back hand drop/drive broken down so completely. More please!!
Love the content Ed! I really appreciate that you make Reddit posts for each of these instructional videos. It helps to unpack it when it's dense so that it's more concise while still being comprehensive.
Really great teaching style and like the details and breakdown. Would love to see more videos with them!

Very good teachings , I loved the way you pointed out his mistakes & showed him the correct way . Well done guys . The best teachings by far !
Great video. As someone with no experience in racket sports, these videos have helped improve my game.
Thanks so much for making this video. It helps a lot. Well done

Wow, this is an excellent educational video! I took soooo many tips from it. Thanks to all of you!
This was great! I'm ready to get on the court to try this out!
That trying to hit everything with topspin is so true. I do the same thing with double backhands.....straight into the net.
Another awesome video as always, Ed. Thanks Marcel and Phuc!
Amazing stuff-keep the videos coming!!!!
Dude, such great content!
Great video! Need to see more topics from these guys
Great lesson. Back to basics is the way to go.

I was just drilling my 2hb the other day with my friend who was teaching me some form things. This is great timing and will definitely try to incorporate these lessons
This is the best two-handed backhand instruction I can find!
You guys are great coaches! U were able to adjust the little flaws and make such an impact! Excited to activate the left glute!
Looking forward to seeing the forehand side video!!
This is the most informative and concise instruction for non-tennis background players I have seen.
Great stuff! Can't wait to see what they do with the forehand!
That was so great. Thanks so much. Yes. Would love more instruction. Thanks again. 🎉
Excellent instructions!

I like your team work instructor format!
that was the best break down on a swing in a video I have ever seen
