Yum, looks delicious, now I feel motivated to make lasagne! I'd be interested if you ever want to make a video about the different kinds of mushrooms you use, looks like you eat some types that I haven’t heard of before. Great topic.
Oooh great topic idea! I’ll definitely see about doing a video about that. 😃 And yes, definitely make the lasagna! The tofu ricotta is so worth it.
Those enchiladas look amazing. I would have never thought of the cauliflower but I will definitely give it a whirl. I love all the ideas to use up the things we prep. I feel like PB eating is ideal for this. Sure makes it much easier!
They were sooo good! Definitely making them again soon. 😍 Got the idea for cauliflower in them as I’ve seen some cauliflower faux meat recipes and it worked great! And totally agree…. I love adding veggies into everything and PB lifestyle is so perfect for that. 🤗🤗
Great ideas! I'll be meal planning Monday. I only have a few more things to prep. I just ran out of steam. And I take Sundays off.
Oh nice! Taking Sundays off sounds like a great idea. 🤗🤗
Always upbeat and inspiring. Thanks so much. Will try these ideas! ❤
Aww thanks! Glad you got some inspiration. 😃😃
That salad looks 😋 Maddie and I haven’t had lasagne for a while so the lasagne has inspired me and I definitely need to make it. Love 🥰 the video and love 💞Maddie & ❤Q.
Aww yay! Both of them are deeelish. Love to you as well. 🤗🤗
Great inspiring ideas and recipes. Thank you for all your work. Lasagna for dinner tonight!!
Awesome! Enjoy it! 😃🙌🏻🙌🏻
Love these meal ideas. 😊
Yay! So glad to hear it! 🤗🤗
That soup looks so yummy!
It’s one of my husband’s favorites!
Great content and idea’s. I like to prep portobello caps for sandwiches/tacos/fajita’s.
😊 do you have a good recipe for your Seitan?
Oh yes, portobellos are great! 🍄🍄 Kat's recipes for seitan at 86eats are all awesome! This is the one I used for vegan turkey breast: www.86eats.com/recipes/vegan-deli-sliced-turkey-breast
Link chili paste thx
I use a similar one to this: amzn.to/453lHDH, but if you're looking for an oil-free option you can use these: amzn.to/452tYYG 😊
Some fabulous ideas as usual, that lasagna looks amazing
Thank you so glad you enjoyed! The lasagna is delicious, definitely worth the bit of extra effort with the tofu ricotta. 🤗🤗
My body doesn’t tolerate soy or P protein maybe I really need to be eating animals
There are lots of alternatives to soy! How does your body do with peas, beans, lentils, wheat, quinoa, etc?
I love following you but was horrified to see you using Beyond Meat!!! For us it is WholeFood Plant Based and no processed at all :(
No need to be horrified! We eat Beyond Meat occasionally in this house, but as I said in this video you don’t have to use it. I gave the alternative of using extra brown lentils instead. 😊😊
Yes, would like to mention so that viewers know that Beyond/Impossible meats are very high in saturated fat. There re other ground substitutes that are much healthier
