Bro I had been working over one year nine months now, and now I have already got offer letter from another company but my employer refuse to cancel my Visa, while the new company ask me to send my Visa cancellation paper soon as possible, I don't know what to do now brother
If they don't cancel after the official email, then you need to report to MOHRE.
brother good morning As per the UAE labour law i send formal notice to My Employer about my Job resignation. And after that I did my 30 days notice period also and am Now currently Waiting 1 week for my visa cancellation documents and settlement dues. can you Please suggest here after how many days it will take for those process

However, if your contract is under the new labor law terms, then you don't need to pay as long you have a new job.

If you pay yourself, then they can't take anything again from your new company.

You have the right to resign anytime. He cannot take you to court for that.
If you pay the visa processing fee, then you are good. He is just frightening you all.
If he insist on holding you back, then you can complain to MOHRE.

Next time, please always wait for the new company to send you an offer and for them to tell you when to submit resignation.
Always communicate by email so that you can have a cover.
For now, talk to your current company that you have resolved your personal issue and you don't want to move.
It's hard to get a job now so try to hold on to that one while searching.
