I was with my son Sebastian watching grown up 2 and at the end suddenly i heard this song and told to him, hey wait a moment this it´s a Reo Speed Wagon hit. From that moment it was a special dad and son band. I explained him that i was fan of REO since i was his age, I meant 12 year old in simple terms almost 35 years ago! Great tune thanks for posting!

CT got a standing ovation and did 2 encores ... I'm pretty sure REO closed with this one, and the chorus is quoted in my HS yearbook. This song means so much to me for those reasons.
Actually Gary Richrath is from Peoria, Illinois, Kevin Cronin is from Evanston, Illinois, Neal Doughty is from Evansville, Indiana. They just got their start in Champaign from the college bar scene there in the late sixties, early seventies.

Great rocker, my favorite from WAT. Had the VHS to this concert and wore it out. Arguably the height of the band's career. Saw them on this tour and they were so tight, every member hit every note. Wondered if the songs were piped in it sounded so good.
