@@JWhack It depends on how you use it. If I know my opponent is going to try and pass to his perimeter shooter, I'll switch in between off ball and on ball about every five seconds to try and intercept the pass. That's using it to your advantage.
I just put in hero and step back cheese and shoot limitless against computer.

I went 36 and 0 off balling. The reason why I win is because the opponent is to busy trying to expose me and when they miss I run in transition. There certain players I use and I would not tell a soul lol.

Extent pressure on pg, sg and sf. Extend pressure works only on the guys that bring the ball up so let computer deal with that guy and focus on the sg because the cpu only steps up to defend when they get close to the 3pt line. Or you can simple extent pressure and play half court press but I don't recommend that if your playing myteam.

Now only if my defenders didn’t randomly leave guys open when their supposed to switch lol
ye the game tens to do that sometimes. that why i select no help and play closely to their matchup as possible so they wont just leave their assignment just like that.
Once you get your onball guy locked onto ball handler and moving in direction he is dribbling switch off him to one of your other guys there’s always at least one that looks like they are about to get in a bad position or start cheating over. Switch to him and make sure and get him in position then quickly switch back, he’ll be looking for you thinking you’re offballing. Now lock him up and force him to pick up the dribble or grab another defender and come double team. Remember, he’s probably scanning the floor trying to find who you’re on! Once you got the double team or force him to pick up dribble. Switch over to a guy and block his best passing lane. This will either force a bad shot or bad pass that will leave him clueless or starting his play completely over. This works really well trying to stop your opponent from creating so much space and being able to get wide open 3’s off of off ball screens. Try it in zone works well there too!
