How about using it for work that requires you too regularly lift objects 10-50 pound objects/boxes?

I'm using it about a year. I find it's not comfortable at all. It's difficult to lock around me - always not snugg. After the exercise and unlocking the belt - the end is always loose, the Velcro does not stay on it's place. I regret to buying it.

When I see the belt folded up in your hands and then knowing it's nylon, I can't understand how this belt would be useful for more than a year if used weekly. Notwithstanding the Velcro losing its stickiness, nylon isn't made to take much abuse.

Kept promising to describe the locking mechanism but then never spent much time on it nor mentioned that you don't need to use the velcro. If you came here to learn about it, I would recommend this 47-sec video instead: th-cam.com/video/linphPk9rGc/w-d-xo.html
