    Please make a video about barbells for weightlifting. What to look for? bearings, elasticity? If that matters. cheers.

      @@lonle6506 As much as my patriotic heart loves good, honest Swedish steel, a Rogue IWF bar would probably be a good alternative for someone in North America especially.

    Started with a Velcro and ended with a tapered leather belt. Only use it on heavy lifts. As always, good information!

    Cheers lads, was legit thinking I want to get some sort of a belt for aiding with lifting. Will definitely get a Velcro belt

    Solid video. Be good to see one of these for each bit of support equipment I.e. wrist wraps, lifting straps etc.

    Is it ok to wear a clip belt in olimpic weightligting? i do powerlifting, and olimpic lifting.

    Is the rogue Olympic tapered belt good for Olympic weightlifting? It doesn’t have any padding in the back.

    I personally prefer just squatting without a belt, and I find that the belt hinders me in creating a good intra-abdominal pressure. It seems much easier for me to brace correctly without the belt (talking about the Olympic style belt). Perhaps I am just not using the belt properly. However, what if I wanted to strengthen my core - what would we be the most optimal way of strengthening your back without using belts?

      I can imagine RDLs and the like are very good for this purpose, but I would love to hear everyone’s opinion on this matter

    wheres the under belt for the big strongman lmao i guess they use traditional PL belts over them anyways
