Imagine being a Hoshidan Royal trained in the use of bow, bestowed upon you the Fujin Yumi as proof of your heritage and hard work. Then a peasant archer from the enemy army with a normal bow outskills and defeats you in combat. RIP Takumi.
Can't believe he didnt mention the map was a mere 106 turns. This truly is an excellbem run. I know he is far but I cannot imagine the last few maps on lunatic with no strength. I reallh hope he wins it would be so funny

I love how this run is letting casual Fates fans discover the absolute brokenness of stat-stacking in this game. You really can reach any stat benchmark you want, it's not even funny.
I think it is also helping them discover just how far planning and strategy can take you even when the numbers are not in your favor, which is one of the best things about fire emblem playthroughs in my opinion
Which is why the only bad unit between BR and CQ is hayato because he joins level 1 with bad bases Any unit bad stat can be easily fixed by pair up, skills, tonics, etc

@stardust7780 I suppose, but forges are considered the best damage boosting option, next to tonics (which wouldn't work becauze all units are caped at 0 str *vine boom*), even in Conquest
Juggernauting? Huh? He used the whole army. And they all had to work together to take down even one unit at a time. At best, you could say Corrin Juggernauted one time on the cavalier pack - but that's not really true, because Corrin couldn't handle the force and had to lure them back to the main army spamming healing the whole time. He had to win through positioning, knowledge of the map and careful usage of his full army. If that's not strategy, then I don't know what that makes FE8.
@jacewarbeck9684 mozu is doing most of the work for a while now using tonics and pair up bonuses. While the others work together like you put it, Mozu can one round most enemies. Could have done the same with Camilla I believe, with the right setups.
@@gabrielbitencourt1879 Mozu is not juggernauting at all, she's just doing most of the player phase combat. Corrin is closer to juggernauting here, but even then she's only taking out small groups of enemies, not sitting on a fort and routing the map with an inventory full of hand axes like one would do in GBA/Tellius.
@@gabrielbitencourt1879 Mozu one rounds frail Diviners and Wyvern Riders which are weak to bows. That's not impressive, and definitely not juggernauting. Not saying juggernauting isn't a viable way of playing Fates, considering Sol Ninjas exist, but the game will punish you eventually.
Juggernauting is one unit who can handle everything. No single unit here can handle all of the enemies- Mozu is player phase strong but will get destroyed if left exposed on enemy phase

This is the most value I've seen Arthur get in ANY Conquest playthrough and I'm living for it, I have a soft spot for the guy.
really? Arthur's like the best str pairup bot tied with scarlet
"Be well, my fists of Justice!"
Pair up bot? My guy was nuts on my first hard mode run.

A peasant archer who has 0 strength at that
Also an archer from said royal's country
No wonder Takumi has an inferiority complex. Bro straight-up _is_ inferior.
As if Takumi needs more people to have an inferiority complex about.
Absolutely love how much this run vindicates Bowzu.
How kind of Corrin to risk neck and limb in an attempt safekeep the belongings of Cheve's citizens.

Fates is great, because I can say the phrase “her best use is getting married and having a child” without a hint of misogyny.
Because you are talking about odin, right?
I'd say Crusader Kings moment, but Genealogy came out before CK.
So bowzu is the strongest unit he can raise? Besides poison strike grizzly wounds ninjas and rallyman?
