No one seem to have a multi hip machine, I still haven't got to try one but it allows full range of motion glute movement, really isolates the glutes and while being able to stabilize. The late Doug Brignole mentioned this one.

I got the blue razz & fruit punch but the only problem is the fruit punch tastes SOO DISGUSTING I actually threw up mid workout trying to get it down.. I followed the instructions very carefully and even tried different combinations and it still tastes like dogwater. Is there any way to get a replacement sent? I NEED that blue razz back in my life 💪🏼
If you're gonna paint a lot of them, it might be worth getting someone with a laser cutter to make you a reuseable stencil out of a sheet of rubber. That way you could use spray paint and do them all really quickly and evenly

I love your underlying sense of modesty. Not just here, but generally when you talk about how well something works for you, or modifying something for yourself, you mention being taller or heavier, but there's no sense of boasting about it, and you simply focus on the accomodation factor. It makes it easier to relate to you than some guy that would stroke his own ego with their subtext being "I'm better than you". The best part about it is that I think it's completely genuine, and it shows a strong sense of self assuredness that you naturally approach this sort of dialog like that.
Like the white letters on the deep dish plates. I'm 67 yrs now. But I remember when I started lifting at 13 yrs old. Started with cement filled plastic plates 110 lbs set from Sears. I remember how excited I was as I bought my first bench, then friends dad made me squat racks from old tires filled with cement. Then my first olympic set. So excited with each new plate, bar, or equipment. Its nice to see that you maintain that enthusiasm. I love strength sports and while I don't lift heavy any more I still get excited about seeing collections. Mine is kettlebells at present. I also got to tour the York Plant when I was young and lived in Pennsylvania. Love the gym.

That’s what I’m saying. People keep saying it might take him a couple years. The truth is nobody freaking knows absolutely nobody because there has never been anyone even close to Brian strength, entering arm wrestling. Yeah, people are wrestle and get stronger throughout the years, but no one has ever started with this level of strength. Literally being one of the strongest men in the world lol think about his back pressure. He could literally lift Levan with one arm multiple times if he wants to. He did it with dumbbells. Rip him right across the table. I’m not saying he would beat him in a match. I’m just saying the level of strength is insane. Nobody will even come close to it.

A shoulder injury has kept me from bench pressing for many years but I know I could use that Nautilus double chest machine since it simulates a decline press.

They are good that they come Black so that you can paint them. So yes Brian paint them white, or blue, or red or gold. Paint paint paint. 🤗
The white looks factory. Silver or bronze would look more custom, but painted for sure is better than the plain black.
