I use Classic. I wish I could switch to mobile (mainly for cloud storage/backup), but the subscription model is not tailored for my use. I have about 11.000 images, many of which are RAW, so the photography plan with 20GB isn't nearly enough. Then I can go the 1TB Mobile route for the same price, but that doesn't include Photoshop... a much worse deal. Then there's the 1TB photography plan, but that's double up in price. So I'm kinda stuck on Classic. But it's not all bad. I've been testing out numerous other editors (mainly for RAW editing), and nothing comes close to Lightroom. Especially in highlight and shadow recovery. So even though I feel stuck on Classic, I do love editing in Classic. PS: Just found your channel, and I'm loving it already!
Thanks so much for watching and really glad you are enjoying. I definitely see your dilemma with the cloud plans. Out of interest have you ever tried Capture One? I have seen it talked about quite a bit and often favoured but am so used to LR it would be a big change...
@@HannahYoungPhotography No, never tried Capture One, but hear excellent things about it. But like you, I'm too invested in LR :-D Besides, it's more expensive than LR+PS, and with Adobe I get PS as well. I'm just a happy amateur, so I don't want to spend too much on software.

Lightroom mobile for me. I have classic too but to be honest I’m not the greatest with editing software. I can never get on with photoshop, Lightroom mobile I find works for me fine, more than enough features. The image organisation just confuses me unfortunately so I simply back everything on hardrives and iCloud . A bit old fashioned I suppose but works for me 👍
I’m with you - shame about the organisation as you say everything else feature wise is pretty much spot on. I guess watch this space for updates…
