This is EXACTLY what I need right now! Deffo was leading downswing with right shoulder. 3 great reminders in 1 here for me! Thank u Christina from Dublin Ireland
Holding the trail shoulder back is like the key to the universe! Got the arms working; the head stayed still; and hit some really pure iron shots yesterday. A good lesson, well-explained.
Terrific! Very easy to comprehend. A conceptual problem I have: if I feel like I’m keeping my head behind the ball correctly it also feels like I’m hanging back or tilting back.
This is just what I needed to see and hear. On my last outing, I was standing up and completely coming out of my posture and striking the ground. I have some practicing to do today before I go out again tomorrow.
Thanks, this is so helpful to accept without any doubts or any questions that if you don’t keep your head back, you are dead. Grateful for this tip which sinks so easily and quickly and then it remains to just practice it.
3:20 is the epiphany moment for me!!!!! I have never seen the movement of the right shoulder and release of the club explained as clearly as this!!!! I am the poster boy of exactly what you are saying about how to generate power by moving the right shoulder over the top and doing it that way. I used to play semi-pro hockey so I had good enough eye and hand co-ordination to get away with this usually. No consistency though. I have a game plan now!!!! Thanks for responding to my other comment on Dustin and Michelle's swings. Using the legs to swing and not the lower back. I notice when you swing your lats are very well engaged as well as your butt muscles. Is there any drill to get this feeling of the legs driving the swing and not the back driving the hips? Is it just a matter of slowing right down and doing it all very slowly to begin to get the right motion and feel? Thanks for all these awesome videos!!!
Christina, this video and the bend at the hips video has made a huge difference in contact for me. I am 6’6” and if I do not bend at my hips (which I was inconsistent about) I hit it fat. Thank you, David in Alaska.
Women are the best teachers in some sports especially golf and racket sports. Women can explain something complex in golf and I get it, right away. Great job
Great lesson! Would be interesting to see where your trail wrist is at impact. I tend to straighten mine and lose my impact angle. Can you point me to one of your lessons on the trail wrist at impact. Thanks
Christina hello, the butt on the wall series are my fave! When swing right, I can push it way right of target. Any thoughts? My miss is the flip/hook. Thanks as always!
Hard to say without seeing swing as it could be many factors influencing ball right. Top reasons: too inside out (underneath swing plane with open face), early extension, slides, releasing club too late. Last second flip can send ball hook or pull

Where is the video about the trail shoulder?
Christina, I'm struggling in the bunkers, especially when the sand is wet and compact. Any tips? Peter
I'll be posting this tip soon. Stay tuned!
It seems like the basketball defensive stance drill should improve fitness for this. It's a tough drill.

Looks like you are making sure you stay in your squat, rear shoulder stays in place, head stays behind
yep, Arnold palmer would swing like s wild man yet his head never moved.

Hey. Magic words. Plaster your name and contact data. More self promotion - your advise is "Game Changing".
Thank you, once again, well explained. Which is good, cause I'm a dummy. 🥸🤣🤣👍👍👍
